Service was far from famost turkish hospitality. It takes 2 hours by public transport to reach the historical city. Dont take it, if you meant to do sightseeings.

The room is very hot and we leave the hotel because of hot the room number is 402 the hotel is bad and not comfortable and when we speak with them about our problem with the room they said it’s general sistem we can’t do anything sorry we can’t solve your problem

the hotel is not bad but there is no facilities
the sauna is closed the spa also
the room is dirty ..

Hotel is too old dated, dedicated to groups, solo they will give him bad rooms, I didn't sleep well du to noisy generator next to my room.
Gym is useless
Breakfast is basic.
I will not go back again for sure

The staff is really friendly, especially receptionist Ömer is high class, thank you for the "Turkish cologne" :). Only the lack of english skill of the whole staff is not on a good level. Every concern we had was solved but at this level those things should not even occur. Dirt, bad smell and bad internet in room, but as said, it was sorted out. Breakfast is really good but after 2 days you get annoyed by the same meal over and over, dissapointing. The worst thing was the fitness/sauna/hamam offers. Sauna wasnt working, hamam wasnt used probably for months, dead cockroaches and dirty water from the pipes. The fitness room is also in the basement without any air flow, 50% of the equippment cant be used at all. The pool is clean and awesome. To connect internet outside of the room is almost impossible. Overall only the staff and the pool get a good rate, everything else needs improvement.
