I had to climb and go down stairs to get to the pool and tye beach with my baby stroller. No wheelchair facilities available. I asked for a baby chair almost every day during my stay, but no response

the view is amazing like there is everything. 2 swimming pools and a small one. the food is so delicious especially the chicken sandwich. i will absolutely come again with more many friends! İ recommend it !✨✨

Cemil Bey lady nalan Yilmaz and all the staff in the pool and don't listen to the negative comments, your holiday weekends do here is assess the great sea pool

However, they should work on their services a bit, especially that I was staying in a suite. They use salty water in the pool. The beach needs some cleaning. Internet connection doesn't work

They don't even have any kind of evening activities, the pool is emptied at 20:30 and there are no seats to spend some time in the evening

Wonderful experience, very helpful and friendly staff. Delicious open buffet breakfast. The cleaning is also amazing here, the room has been cleaned every single day including towel change and other details

We tried the Turkish Hamam and it was fantastic. We really enjoyed the time we stayed at this hotel

We had a wonderful week staying at Kaya Hotel! Their staff, food and service was top notch! We felt like royalty staying here! I've never seen such impressive spreads and offerings of amazing food!! My only complaint was that they painted part of the ceiling in our room the one day, which made it have an awful chemical smell that gave me a headache

We had a very long layover with Turkish Airlines and they arranged for us to stay at Kaya and we were extremely pleased. Our room was large, the bed very comfortable and the room very quiet. Also, it was extremely clean

Stayed here 17 /20 April while attanding Turkey Build Exhibition it is ideal as it is only a 5 minute walk to the Exhibition centre. Staff at the Kaya were friendly and offered excellent service

This is now my second time staying in Tüyap Palas, due to missing flights on behalf of Turkish Airlines, both times I have stayed at the hotel it has been excellent, I cannot fault it

The whole building smells like cigarettes. The food at dining hall was mediocre at best. No vegetarian options.

I strongly recommend Vespia hotel. The location is great near Marmara Mall one of the biggest shopping centers in the city. The employees are so welcoming and professional; they are highly responsive and helpful

Although İt's kinda far and not that much tourists places around it, İn a close time (1-2) years that place will be much more crowded specially that it's gonna be close to the new airport, and the undiscovered touristic places around it gonna be discovered!!! Hello there! I booked a Standard double room for 30 bucks! The Hotel was great for its price! The room service was really quick; in a time of one minute, my order would arrive to my doorstep! They had a friendly staff and comfortable beds

It was a great experience to visit the massage parlour of this hotel. Ladies who claim to be Indonesians work here. The locker room although small looks secure enough. Actually everything is cramped in the facilities

Massage session lasts about 40 minutes and the professional ladies do a great job to make you relax and relieve you of your tiredness

However, one drawback was the noise level on the lower floors, which detracted from the overall tranquility of the stay. Additionally, it was disappointing to find that the pool was not operational during my visit

The hotel and its pool is spacious. Few people in the pool and I like it. But as for the room, I felt smoking scent, not fresh. The blanket was in a bad condition( you can see the photo)

İ v stayed for 10 days with my kid. The location is great 5 min away from Marmara park. The rooms are clean, the rooms are well isolated and you can have a good noise free night once you close your door and window
