The hotel is a really peaceful hotel that we enjoy going to and offers quality service. We have stayed there about five times. It is a hotel that we feel the need to go to all the time. The only problem is the restaurant part, the restaurant food is not of high quality at all, the variety is very poor and the food is not tasty. Every time we go, we pray that the cook and the team have changed. The hotel owner should definitely take this situation into consideration. Apart from the restaurant, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Worst hotel I can say during our stay in Turkiye & for our last night. We had to wait a long time for the guide to check in after obviously a super tiring day after a full day tour.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. This was a hotel we preferred almost every year. I looked at the comments and I was surprised by some people's comments because some of them said that the hotel was dirty. The hotel was really very clean, we hung it in our room, please clean it, on our 3rd day, and when we came to the room, it was as clean as the first day. Also, when it comes to thermal springs, the thermal springs were clean as they should be. There were spa sections in the form of mixed, male and female. Although we stayed in a standard room, the rooms were large and modernly designed and the view of the rooms and the terrace was beautiful. The employees came every day and asked if we needed anything. All the employees were respectful and friendly. The food was very good and hygienic. There are many areas in the hotel to spend time with friends and areas where children can have fun. Also, it was more affordable than other thermal hotels. We were really pleased. Those who want to come should definitely not hesitate.

Mustafa provided me very usefull help with my car and with advice about Çan and the country. The Gym is very good. The restaurant at the roof is very good too.

Kızımın doğum günü için gittiğimiz Ataol Çan Termal tam anlamıyla hayal kırıklığıyla sonuçlandı. 1_ Sigara içilmeyen oda talebine istinaden sigara içilen bir oda verildi. Resepsiyon görevlisini aradığımda atladıklarını ifade etti. 2_Termal alanı kullanılmak istediğimizde odaya kişi başı konulmamış bornoz talebi için 4 kez resepsiyon görevlisi ile iletişime geçilmesine rağmen hemen gönderiyoruz dedikleri bornoz 30 dk sonra ısrarlı aramalarımız sonrası geldi. Gelen bornoz ve mevcuttakiler felaket 3_Oda temizliği çok kötünün kötüsü. Bir önceki misafirden kalan banyoda kürdan, eski ve kir tutmuş bir banyo, lamba etrafları örümcek ağı, hijyenden eser yok. 4_Giriş zamanı 14:00'ü geçmesine rağmen hazır olmayan oda, beklemek için restoran kullanımı için çıkılan en üst katta sipariş eksikliği ve çatal bıçak silinme sesiyle geçirilen öğle atıştırma menüsü 5_Kirli ve bakımsız termal alanı, sağlık için kullanımı kesinlikle uygun değil. Kırık havuz kenarları, kararmış ve pas tutmuş metal alanlar 6_Oda kliması ısıtmıyor. Resepsiyonu aradığınızda odanınız arka tarafa bakan kısımda olduğu, ısıtma probleminin olduğu ve değişimi öneriliyor. Peki otel boşken çocuklu bir aileye neden veriliyor? Planlama, ilgisizlik ve operasyonel takip yerlerde 7_ Oyun odasına vakit geçirme için giderseniz çocuk oyun alanı için kurulan evin içi kırık parçalarla dolu, zemin ile temas kesilmemiş, Okey oynamak isterseniz taş üzeri kalıtsal pisliklere dokunmanız gerekiyor. Hijyen ve kontrol sıfır 8_Tabi bu şartlarda kalmak istemezseniz gece daha fazla sağlığınızdan olmamak için bizim gibi erken çıkış yapmak durumunda kalıyorsunuz? Sağlık mı, Para mı, Memnuniyet mi? 9_Çıkış işlemi sırasında şikayetlerinizi ilettiğiniz personel yeni, konuya vakıf değil, kabulleniş devam ediyor. A gem off the beaten path. We randomly chose this hotel en-route to Bulgaria and we were pleasantly surprised by everything - the service, the price, the thermal pools, the professional massage, the rooftop restaurant and bar. Highly recommend.
