Great nature spot, clean beach, tasty breakfast and dinner, staff is friendly and kind, everyone very helpful! Great place to have some rest and be with nature! Hope to come here again! Music in all sports is good and not overwhelming

Rooms​ are​ kinda​ of​ worn out​ but​ clean​ n​ spacious.​ The​ food​ n​ service​ are​ excel​lent.​ Good​ location​ next​ to​ the​ beach.​ Long​ walk​ to​ the​ nearest convenience store though.

We stopped for two nights while visiting Troy. The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel is organised and efficient. The rooms are a little sparse and a glass would have been appreciated

We stayed at this lovely hotel as a tour group travelling from South Africa. We had a 3 cource dinner that was devine. The atmosfpere was cosy with a fireplace to keep us warm

Rooms was comfortable, I will recommend warmer water to shower. The breakfast had freshly baked bread and was also a variety to choose from. Will highly recommend this hotel

Staff is very nice and professional, definite positives. Sound proofing to the street is very good. Negatives: A/C can't be set on low enough fan speed, so it's too strong during the night

Super nice terrace for breakfast, big size of the room and the style was great, but best of all, LOCATION! You got a view of the ferries and chaos of the roundabout, and the sunset too

We stayed at Kule Hotel as a full family. They accepted our dog as a guest. After a long journey from England this was a very special break for us. Kule Hotel is close to ferry port so easy to find and free safe car park

The hotel was new, however they had mold problem at the lobby restrooms. Standard rooms were quite good, spacious and nicely furnished. A/C worked fine and was easy to use

Abundant breakfast, friendly staff, good pool and excellent environment around the hotel itself, parking and the beach is nice, which unfortunately we skipped for the most of our stay because it was exceptionally windy at the time and it felt like you're in a sandblasting chamber

Despite those issues - the food for the breakfast was good enough, endless coffee/tea available. This Hotel is close to the sea, which lets you enjoy the view and reach the beach quickly

They have amazing bars on the beach, good service there and pleasant people. The sea is wonderful, clean and fresh. I would come back anyhow! Separate thanks to the manager, good job and client relations!

I heard that the thermal water was good for my wounded soldiers during the war, I heard that it would be good for other diseases, and we thank you for the comfort of the rooms and the friendly staff in our hotel, and I believe it would be even better if the hotel had a playground

I should definitely mention that thermal water reduces pain in terms of healing. The rooms are as comfortable as 5 star hotel rooms, the variety of the restaurant cuisine, (especially the breakfast menu) is very good

We have had late check - in, around midnight (8 of us), but the staff waited for us and served us dinner, which was available until 22 hours. Everything is new, clean and nice. Hotel has free parking and excellent WI-FI

New hotel. Comfortable bed, clean room and good toilet. Meals for breakfast is also good. Car parking space is available in front of the hotel if you drive. Nearby the Trojan Horse landmark within 2 km from the hotel.

There was free parking at the back of the hotel, which was not really clearly stated in the web site. Of all, the buffet breakfast was extensive and good selection of food, coffee, tea, etc

they were cleaned regularly and towels were changed every day as well as water was brought to us every day. the location is very good, close to the port and close to the center. the only minus in the hotel is the food

Good transit hotel, with nice personnel and good positioning. They are two hotels Helen Hotel and HelenPark Hotel in the same location. On G-Maps the location for HelenPark is missleading, so take care!

The rooms are good, the only huge minus is the walls through which you can hear everything. There are no balconies, the air conditioner barely turns on and off

Right next to an amazing waffle place that was super cheap and delicious too! Ferry was a 2 min walk from hotel. And the Trojan horse was just down the road. Very hard to find parking but they do offer parking for 5 euro

We stayed one night at this hotel while on a tour of Gallipoli and Troy. It was a very comfortable place to stay. Selman in reception was extremely helpful and answered all our questions

He made travel arrangements from the ferry in Bandirma to the hotel. He also arranged for the Gallipoli tour company at the end of the tour to drop usoff at the ferry for Gokceada

The hotel is right in the city centre - close to everywhere. You can park the car with them. They park the car for you and keep your keys, but they’re pretty fast with bringing it back when you need it
