Nice view from the window. They gave me a present for my birthday. The location of the hotel is perfect near the center of the town and the free parking is a plus. In the negatives the room could be a little more comfortable and the air condition was not enough to cool the room.

What a great hotel experience. We had a fabulous room overlooking the Dardanelles. A Juliette balcony allowed us to enjoy the breezes from the water and to watch the sunset. The walk along the shore was exciting, watching people fishing, meeting all the cats, watching a performance of traditional dancers, enjoying snacks and ice cream from the vendors, and people watching. The breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable and very clean.

Very disappointed.
During my stay at the hotel, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted the quality of my experience. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with dirty floors and a red stain on one of the beds. Additionally, there was a substantial amount of mold in the bathroom, and the bathroom light was not functioning.
The breakfast service was inadequate, with food items not being promptly replenished and a limited menu that lacked variety. Furthermore, while parking is free, the parking area is small and guests are required to leave their car keys at the front desk for the staff to move the car if necessary.
The overall conditions of the hotel did not meet the advertised standards, and the staff were not welcoming. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Stayed one night whilst on a tour. Good location for Trojan Horse and Marina. Good selection of food at breakfast and evening buffets.

Nice bedroom, bed very comfortable. Meals fresh and delicious. No gym or place to work out, though, which is very important when travelling.

We stayed at Troia hotel last month in a room with sea views. We had stayed here 3 years before. Hotel mut have done some renovation as the rooms look much better. No smoking policy in the "no0smoking rooms" seem to be implemented as well, as there was no trace of smoke smell in the rooms. Well done.
There was free parking at the back of the hotel, which was not really clearly stated in the web site. This was major plus for us.
Of all, the buffet breakfast was extensive and good selection of food, coffee, tea, etc.. Overall, I would recommend this place to others and would happily come back when we are in town next time.

The rooms are very elegant, location in the heart of the city. Parking lot, reasonable prices, very pleasant breakfast service

Great location on seafront. Rooms OK, but clean. Bathroom needs updating as tap to basin nearly falling off and shower screen needs adjusting as difficult to close. Room smelt of smoke.

Very clean and neat rooms, staff is nice and welcoming. We have stayed in many hotels during our trip and this one was by far the best city hotel among them. This will be our regular stop whenever we're around Canakkale.
