The people were very kind. Very good food.

One of the receptionist tried to sell us an excursion for 40 euros when we asked for a bus to go to Troy. He said there were no buses to go there but there were buses for 1 euro just few blocks from the hotel. Then we didn't have water for many hours the 2 days we've stayed. Apart from that, it was ok.

The woman working in reception was very helpful and spoke good English. The room was nice. The elevator seemed to have a problem when I was there.

Absolute rat nest, was charged 50 euro a night... are you kidding me?
Room was filthy, garbage still on the floor when we checked in.
Doors and walls are paper thin, can hear everything in the other rooms and hallway.
Beds felt like prison beds. Small and cramped, smelt of stained mattresses and sweat.
The worst was the washroom. It’s so small, the door hits the shower walls when you open it.
Wobbly toilet seat that could be fixed for 8 euros was filthy. Shower head didn’t function properly, soap and shampoo dispensers looked watered down and had weird stuff floating in it.
Overall terribly place. It’s 0.5 star hotel charging 50 euro a night, ridiculous.
Oh breakfast was disgusting, roc lettuce was bug ridden, cheese was prob excavated from the Troy site.
