I stayed one night at this hotel while on a group tour. The room was nice however the AC did not cool the room! I reported it 4 times and they had me change rooms. Took forever for the room to cool down to a decent temperature. Then I woke up at midnight sweating! 🥵 The AC went off! Called the reception and they said cause there was no movement in the room it went off! Finally went back on and took another hour to cool down for me to go to sleep! Then woke up again sweating at 4am! So if you get hot, I would not recommend staying here until they get their AI fixed!

Checked in on 8th August 2024 together with a tour group.
Our assigned room had an issue with activating the electricity and we ended up waiting for 30 mins to get a room change. In the end, it was all good as the new room was in order and the front office manager tried his best to extend his best hospitality.
Food at restaurant during dinner and breakfast was just above average. There is a back gate access to the seaside which is convenient for guests.

Fantastic experience. From parking our rental car, to the reception service, to the cleanliness, to the organisation, to the gorgeous view; no detail was left unattended to at this hotel. Sincerely one of the best holiday experiences we’ve ever had, and we’ve travelled to over 60 countries!

Really nice hotel, the room was spotless. It was also really quiet and comfortable.
We were welcomed by the staff and we received a room upgrade which was really appreciated. We also received a free snack .
The breakfast was good and varied. I also recommend the bar from the 8th floor, very nice service and amazing drinks.

Beautiful hotel!!! Just checked in with a tour group. Clean and comfortable room with good aircon (doesn't seem to have issues with us), the weather outside is super hot. Near to supermarket so we can do some shopping for some Turkish snacks for friends. Overall experience is pleasant.

A very nice, full facilities and very economical hotel with excellent location and view. Cooperative staff, clean and hygienic hotel. Breakfast serves was very impressive and good variety of food in abundance. Cooks and guest handling staff needs special appreciation. Highly recommended place.

Very good place to stay in Dardanelle. Inner and outer pool. Good breakfast and possibility to have very good dinner.

I love their swimming pools and massage facilities plus food and beverages were nice too, ofcourse before pandemic not during.

A wondeeful hotel with luxurious setup. The breakfast , lunch and dinner, all were amazing. The hotel is in a peaceful area. It was easy to reach. The rooms were spacious and clean. Family loved it. The beach is near with a big garden. The pool was closed due to the pandemic. The service was amazing and the spoke english. 5 star!!
