Parion Hotel

Good hotel, clean, great shower, but shower cubicle very small for larger people. Good mattress but creaks with every movement. Bad acoustics, street noises can be heard. Beautiful curtains that don't darken but let in a lot of light. Another negative point is the smell of cigarettes in the hallways and in the anteroom of the room at the entrance. Very unpleasant. So these are points that, if given due attention, could increase satisfaction with the hotel.

There is no soundproofing in the hotel rooms. I woke up from my sleep because the room next door was flooded, let alone the shower. I have never seen a hotel with such noise in it. I am not exaggerating. It is true. Other than that, the other features are acceptable.

We stayed from 1/6/24-4/6/24 and found it to be a nice hotel however not a “5 Star” hotel, as advertised. The room was fine, but putting 2 very hard single beds together is not luxury or comfortable in any way. Even the chairs in the room were hard as a rock. The hall carpets need cleaning & there were a few dangling outlets. Simple maintenance is needed. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good and the omelette station delicious. Only misstep is charging extra for fresh squeezed OJ - this is “penny wise & pound foolish.” Where this hotel shines is in the staff. Friendly and professional people can make all the difference & the hotel’s staff is 5 Star! The only exception was visiting the very small pool where the “attendant” was only interested in her phone but dismissive to safety concerns. The water level had mold along the water line and was overrun with screaming children. Don’t bother with a pool if it’s not going to be kept clean.
