Troia Tusan Hotel

Booked 5 rooms for 1 night.
Room was okay, but not cleaned properly for a 4 star hotel (smoke smell was very intense in one room, porch was not cleaned at all, beer bottles from previous guests were in the middle).
In the middle of the night electricity dissapear 🤣, and they had to change one of the rooms).

They weren't ready for check-in at 6 pm (their machine for room cards was broken) and we waited a bit more to get the rooms.
We tried to eat from our lunch boxes on their terrace, but it was denied (didn't understood why, but anyway)

Location is okay, but unfortunately didn't had time to explore more the soundings.
Inside complex, there are a lot of dogs and cats, which can cause some discomfort.

So the view around the hotel is very nice, but it doesn't make up for the god awful, sorry excuse of a stale breakfast they serve. The food was *really* not good, went with family, and nearly all of us got upset stomachs. The beach is rocky and filled with broken glass pieces, not very tidy. The rooms...are filled with bugs. This hotel should really invest in pesticides. The rooms look somewhat clean and tidy, but i'm unsure about the actual hygiene. We had a spider in our room. The beds are as hard as stone slabs and are uncomfortable. The servers are distracted and scattered. The wifi is nonexistent. The air conditioning didn't work properly. But the British pub was excellent. Great cocktails and very helpful & welcoming, smiling employees. The lady preparing the drinks was very sweet and the cocktails were delicious!

Very bad experience far from the city center, the price of food in the hotel is too expensive, for example one beer 🍺 8 euros. Very poor hygiene in the rooms, the beach a lot of garbage.
Breakfast mostly cheap eggs in many ways, would not recommend to anyone.
