The hotel offers a stunning view, especially when hot air balloons dot the sky, and it's conveniently just a 5-minute drive from the city center. Upon entering the room, it's a bit unconventional to be greeted by the bathroom first, followed by a separate entrance to the main room, which has a cave-like ambiance due to its dim lighting. While the lack of air conditioning means it can be chilly, unfortunately, there are no windows for natural ventilation. The TV works fine, though internet-based channels aren't available, which might not be a big issue for some. Basic breakfast is provided, and the two reception staff, who work long shifts, are highly professional and personable. However, booking tours through the hotel seems to come at a premium compared to other options, including the hot air balloon ride, which is €75/person higher. During our stay, despite the unique layout and lack of amenities like air conditioning, we were still able to sleep comfortably, thanks to the cozy ambiance of the room.

All of the staffs gave me comfortble support, environment, and something I wanted to do in here.

We stayed here in the month of April. The location is little off because you need to take a taxi to go to nearby market Goreme.
They only serve breakfast most of which is not fresh. They will spread previous days food also not on time.
And the biggest issue which we faced. I left my Apple Watch on utility table in the morning and left for hot air balloon ride in the morning and then rest of the day for our scheduled tour. But surprisingly didn’t find my apple watch. It was charge less and on checking with the staff they denied finding it. We even intimate the reception to check while cleaning the room without accusing. But when they denied finding it I am sure they decided to keep it.

Service was ok ,room was big and bed was nice only positive, BUT doors and windows very bad isolated draft with everything closed ,dust and noise. Window was broken you could easily pull it open when the handle was shut. Window opened 3 times by a gust of wind while laying in bad. You cold see out through the close door cracks up and under the door and dust was coming in constantly.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. We stayed in one of the "cave rooms", it was all right.

Family room accommodation was good. Breakfast is also clean and delicious. The view of the hotel is in the direction of the landing of the balloons in the morning with Goremerang Castle. If you have a car, it's better than downtown Goröme. Recommended for dinner at'Han' restaurant right next door. It's a nice place. Sometimes there are no seats on Saturday.

The service and welcome was really good even if the neighborhood was a little noisy. Very good location to see the air balloons and to start the various hiking tracks in the surroundings.

i have never seen more friendly staff than this hotel . the staff is so polite that you would feel awesome.veiw is lit and the rooms are the best .
