I am writing as someone who comes to Çıralı very often.
I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about the recent stay. I think it is important to bring these issues to your attention immediately so that solutions can be quickly produced for the guest's experience.
During my stay I encountered several issues that had a major impact on my overall enjoyment and satisfaction. I believe these issues need to be addressed promptly so that you and your property can improve the guest experience.
When I entered the room, I noticed that the room was inadequate in terms of cleanliness. Under the bed was dirty.Floors looked like they had not been cleaned well, there were visible dust deposits in different areas and the bathroom looked like it had been poorly cleaned. As a guest, I expected a higher standard of hygiene, especially given the current global health concerns.
Another concern was the policy regarding outsourced food orders. I was surprised and disappointed that guests are not allowed to order food from outsourced businesses. This restriction was extremely inconvenient, especially for people like me with special dietary needs that cannot be met by the dining options available at your resort. When I inquired about this policy, I got a response that disappointed me and made me feel misunderstood. A hotel has to offer different options to cater to a variety of guest needs, and this policy seems to undermine the flexibility that many travel-planning guests want.
I believe that a managed hotel should prioritize guest satisfaction and comfort. However, the problems I encountered during my stay made me question whether these priorities were met. My concerns about this, and those of other guests who may have encountered similar issues, deserve immediate attention. To address these issues, I urge you to take the following steps:
1. Thoroughly review room cleaning protocols to ensure that rooms are cleaned to high hygiene standards before guests check in.
2. Reconsider the policy regarding outbound food orders and try to better adapt to guests' needs and preferences.
3. Train your staff to deal with guest questions and concerns in a more empathetic and understanding way.
4. Establish a reliable system where guests can submit their feedback and complaints and ensure that these feedbacks are accepted and resolved quickly.
I believe that addressing these issues will lead to more positive guest experiences and increased reputation of your property.
