Lovely little hotel with rooms in the main complex and bungalows in their beautiful green garden. Great swimming pool with bar area. Behind this is a chill out area with hammocks and raised divans

The hotel is about a km back from the beach off the main road into town, but as a result, it feels quite peaceful. It is in the valley behind the beach area and surrounded by the stunning rocky hillsides

Owner is local and very helpful. Speaks superb English and was able to provide all the guidance we needed. We were able to book in via WhatsApp which made the reservation process very easy

The owner the staff and the chefs. They helped me with my husband's suprise birthday celebration. Walking to olympos is very near from the hotel. The environment is so peaceful

The only unwelcome change from previous Turkish holidays is that alcohol taxes are now punitive and with a typical 3x markup on local wine at restaurants we tended to buy bottles at a convenience store to have on our balcony

Plenty of parking, only 4 mins walk from the beach and close to restaurants and convenience stores. The gardens are lovely, breakfast wonderful, delightful staff and the cook great for evening meals

There was a request in the room notes (only the 2nd time I've ever seen that) not to bring in your own drink to consume in your own room but that was no part of the conditions when booking (therefore invalid) and we ignored it

We stayed here for one night when we were doing our Lycian way trip and decided to come back for a couple of nights on the way back home. The owners are mountain guys in the past so they know how to please guests

Probably because it is a protected area due to the Olimpos ruins that are in one end of the beach. The bungalows are simple but everything works out well and the staff is friendly

Kara Kedi Beach Bungalow has a perfect location next to a calm beach. Beautiful garden and restaurant with the seaview. Bungalows are spacious, modern and well furnished. We enjoyed a big and nice private bathroom too

The location and silence are great and the sound of birds is relaxing. it is good to stay one or 2 days here to relax. the cleanliness of the staff is average and the bathroom and the floor of my room were dirty

Staff are amazing, location is amazing. Bungalows are clean, comfy and in good condition. Breakfast is simple, fresh and tasty. WiFi isn't super stable, but usable if you really need it.

We had a lovely week’s holiday at this hotel in August. The pool was clean and not very busy. We had three children under 11 and they had a great time. The bungalow was well air conditioned and clean

There are ants around but to be expected with this type of garden accommodation. The bathroom was modern and clean

If you book a bungalow for three children be aware one of the beds may be on a couch in the kitchen - the air conditioning in there is fed from the bedroom systems - they are good enough to keep the whole place cool but it was hot on arrival

Beautiful view on the high mountains arround, some of them up to 7000 feet high. Roosters in the garden are there for a reason - they make you get up early and do your stuff before is too hot

Rooms 111-124 are preferable because they seem to be newer and have a small individual porches to sit outside. With this distant location, rent-a-bike service would certainly be recommended to the hotel management

Having looked at loads of places, I can say this place is really in an out of the way location. Miles from the main town and with no beach access. Without a car/bike or good legs I would not want to be here

It has a very well kept territory where kids can rub some safely barefoot, very diverse breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms that resemble city conditions (got shower) and peaceful spirit

But keep in mind that it is 20 minutes of walling to the nearest beach and the same distance to the store (worth mentioning that the hotel offers 2-times a day transfer to the beach area)

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days and our stay was excellent! The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and even helped us book a ride to our next destination. They also have the cutest kitties :)

I spent the whole month of November in Pia Aparts, and it was wonderful. The owners are the most welcoming couple, and recently renovated the place with a touch of style and attention to detail

The apartment has two floors, two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen where you can cook

The location is not very close but with the bikes it is very easy. Otherwise it is okay to walk to the beach, around 15 minutes, but a little far (25 min) to walk to the center of the village
