I stayed at Aydeniz for 3 nights I wish I could have stayed longer. Great location, close to beach and restaurants etc.
I stayed on the top floor loft apartment very spacious, peaceful and a great sea view from the balcony.
I would highly recommend these apartments you will not be disappointed. Fantastically run by Mr Necat his lovely wife and great team. Mr Necat is a very friendly, warm, kind and hospitable man.
I felt so welcomed.
Please do not look further or think twice about staying cxxxx here. you will not regret it.

I've stayed in numerous apartments and hotels, and I've never seen one this filthy. It was a complete disappointment. Hair that didn't belong to us in the shower stall, a clump of hair on the kettle, crumbs and dust on the couch... We only stayed one night. So, we thought we'd stick it out for one night, but if we'd booked for a vacation, we would never, ever, ever stay. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Perfect location. In the evening, on the balcony of our room, there is simply a restaurant with a view of the bay. Parking in the yard, there were always places. The apartment has everything you need for cooking, even a microwave and a dishwasher. The air conditioner worked well and properly. The apartment is not new, but everything is very comfortable. The price-quality ratio is excellent.
In the yard there is a Migros store and a local cafe-canteen with very tasty food at budget prices. We took food there and heated it up in the room. The public beach is large (do not confuse it with the beach where the restaurants are) is a 3-minute walk away (also practically next to the hotel). The owner of the complex is very nice, he treated us like friends. All our questions were resolved instantly.
For Russian tourists, it is important about Datca: nowhere in the city do they accept old-style dollars (!)

Me and my husband had a wonderful stay. We got a very clean and comfy apartment.
The place is well located and has loads of restaurants and shops around. We also cooked few days, as kitchen utensils are provided.
The host is incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. He treated us with fresh fruits one day. It was very kind from him.
We really enjoyed and felt at home, even we were miles away.
We highly recommend this place.

Very clean. Nice people that run it. Perfect position next to the all the restaurant's. Restaurants have all their tables on the beach down to the waters edge. What's not to like. Go and enjoy Datca(one of my favorite Turkish towns)

First Impression is a nice big Apartment with a balcony and view to the sea. But the kitchen was dirty, no hot water at all (i know the use solar but in march it's cold outside and one needs hot water somehow. They gave me a water boiler to shower...) Almost everything is broken (toiletry, shower heads...) the corners are dirty and it was hard to get anyone for help. WiFi didn't work the first day, the second day they put the router in our room and it worked well.
Actually a nice apartment, but it needs renovation and a cleanup. Definitely NOT worth 135 YTL per night (March 2018).
