North Point Hotel is nice if you are on a business travel. Easy to drive in easy to drive out. Exelent rooms service and personel. Swiming pool is more for having a beer by it. But overall exelent hotel. So why 4 stars? Mh not for turists. Bit out of center an kind of complicated parking.

The place is very clean and the service is good. Breakfast is well organized considering covid conditions. Close to city center by taxi and it takes around 10 minutes. Hotel arranges the taxi for you for the specified time and number of guests.

Nice hotel to stay in main Denizli. It's centrally located in Denizli however a little far from Pamukkale / karahayit if you're coming to Denizli just for Pamukkale. Rooms are clean and confortable, AC and Heater works well. It's quiet and peaceful too. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with great food. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Especially, Damla hanım was helpful, knowledgeable about the town and historical sites. The location provides easy access to historical sites and downtown. We would like to be back.

Everything was perfect except that the air conditioning didn't work in my room.

The hotel was tucked away from the freeway and was somewhat difficult to get to without a GPS. The room we stayed in was average and a bit outdated but was acceptable. Great location! If u come from bus terminal make sure u go through from the back exit so you don’t need to go around the whole station. 24 hour check in was great since we arrived at 1am. Friendly staff gave me information about bus and train and also changed currency with me with a great rate. You can even use the washroom at the basement and drop luggage. Cannot complain with the price and breakfast...

Nice location - close to both the train station & bus station, restaurants & supermarkets nearby. Good service from the front desk team. Good variety of buffet style breakfast selection. Room looks new and clean. Away from main streets so quiet enough. Overall very pleased with our stay.

On arrival the staff were very welcoming and gave me clear and concise information. The information sheet was great to receive too! Professional service, clean room and excellent location if you are taking buses. We highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Pamukkale. Mini bus to UNESCO world heritage site is departing every 20 minutes from the bus station in front of the hotel. Long distance luxury buses also arrive/depart from this bus station. Very convenient location with lots of restaurants and shops around.

Location is good. It's close to the bus stand. One downside is that they don't have a restaurant. They serve only breakfast.

It's a very old hotel. Don't expect much but it is clean. Love that it is only 3 mins to the bus and train station.

Very funny hotel, no lights in the "livingroom" having my dad watch the TV in utter darkness. Minibar empty and doesn't get filled anymore, Sauna Hammam and Massages Jacuzzi aren't available anymore. They may have been a 3 star hotel before but now they're poor I guess. Atleast it was 700tl only for 2 single beds and 1 doublesized one. Wifi doesn't work. Nice breakfast tho

It was big enough room for 2 people. There was clean towels and shampoos. The toilet and shower is working in an order. Very good location. The air-conditioning working fine no problem. Staff were helpful. We didn't have any issues. I slept good. I didn't hear much traffic.

You can go and stay, nothing wrong, but nothing wrong, so the air conditioner was just not working.

It's a nice hotel for its price, of course, it doesn't mean that everything is perfect, don't keep your expectations too high. Ideal for one-day accommodation. Cleanliness is good, but small stains on the towels and sheets do not look nice, the staff is interested and relevant, the breakfast is moderate

I went to Denizli for 17 years and stayed for 3 nights. All the staff, especially Zeynel and Vedat, are not happy at the restaurant number ten. In my opinion, the number 10 hotel is even like a home.

Location of the hotel is good, but other than that, it's not worthy. Furnitures are old and design of the hotel is very old fashioned. Breakfast has old lady to prepare maybe the Turkish traditional pancake but without that there is nothing. To make the restaurant view better, the first floor rooms have very noisy circumstances and view of the room is very bad. Price is higher than other hotel but...

Good location, close to the bus station. Convenient for those who travel to Pamukkale. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, no problem with bedding. There is no noise until the morning because the bus stop is the last stop in front of the municipality. Night sleep is not possible. In 2019 the last stop of the bus was destroyed. now less noisy

Very cozy; but I have to warnn you if you do not like old, run down places it is not for you, despite being old crew workong there is like a family and it is clean. Also breakfast and dinner included; all the coffee and tea and water is free, have a wifi and all night long hot soup for free... it worked awesomely for me...

Simple hotel with good price in a very convenient location for train and buses. Friendly staff. The restaurant serves dinner with delicious food in a familiar atmosphere with good prices. Menu was all in Turkish but a guy from the reception kindly volunteered to translate everything to English.

We booked this place for a night to get freshened up after reaching Denizli in the morning and to store our luggage while we went to Pamukkale. It was perfect for the purpose. Rooms were very spacious for the price and were clean. Breakfast spread was also good it was included in our booking. We got the place for a cheap price. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the bus station.

Nice location. If u travel by car, you can park in bus station underground parking located in front of the hotel. The hotel will reimburse the cost ( in my case), if not the parking is 5 tl per 24h anyway. Wifi can be frustrating and not good most of the time. Excellent breakfast for the price.

The location is very good, next to the main bus station, there is lots of shops and places to eat around it, there is a free parking they use the bus station parking and they give you a receipt when you check out so you don't have to pay for it, the rooms are clean, the building is very old, good breakfast ( we saw a dead cockroach in the restaurant it was horrible ) there is ...

Went on a whim at 11pm when we needed a place to stay last minute. Read good reviews and it was cheap. Clean rooms. Strangely quiet on the 4th floor. Air conditioning worked well and I slept very well. The free breakfast was a literal feast. This only shows some of the food available and we went near the end of their service. Oh you can park in the bus terminal and they'll reimburse. Don't know how...

Hostel price for what is essentially a hotel - nice place and location convenient to see Pamukkale (only reason i was there) with minibus station just across from hotel and train station one block away. I got a five course dinner (preset) at the restaurant for 15 Turkish Lira. Breakfast is equally awesome with a multitude of choice, buffet style. Rooftop is a nice touch.
