Guest relations is so good. They are very helpful and they speak English very well. They solves our all problems. Especially Tülinay, she is the best worker here! Our holiday was really great. Foods are very delicious and you can find whatever you want. The only recommend from me is that the hotel should stop using plastic forks or spoons or sth.

I was really enjoyed with my experience in hotel. Spa wad successful and relaxing. Food was generally ok but it can be more delightful. Animators and waitresses were nice. What I recommend people who visit this place is going to spa and having a massage because they are very good at their job. I have had a medical massage and I feel much better now. The reception staff is rude. The food is bad, cold, greasy, there is no meat except for the chicken but the bones. The rooms are very good, clean and comfortable. It is far from the city, so it needs more content or better animation .
