A good hotel with very friendly reception staff. I was assisted by a girl named Sofia. She did an excellent job, being extremely professional and polite. 🥰 The hotel itself is nice, with spacious and clean rooms. It's located in the city center, close to many interesting spots, historical sites etc

Great people, great location. This is a centrally-located hotel, and that makes it easy to see the local sites. Great in-room airconditioning, a beautiful breakfast in an historic building, and super-helpful staff make this a perfect choice of accommodation. So glad to have stayed here.

I went to the hotel, I stayed two days
The hotel service very excellent with Mr. Kadir and Yasin at the reception they were very kind, and great.
But, specially with Mr. Kadir Bayraktar. Finally I recommend this hotel because it is nice to stay there, quiet confortable

absolutely not 5 star hotel 🙌🏻 2 or maybe 3.. rooms are so small and the design of rooms are simple we prefer for the cost.. it was cheapest one in 5 stars hotel/ per a night 1000₺.

Very loud, near impossible to sleep. They host live music every night, which is then followed by drunk men being loud. The hotel guests slam doors which is also frustrating. I didn’t get a good sleep here meaning I had little energy to explore and enjoy my holiday. I had to book another room which faced the opposite direction to the music and this was given at a discounted price rather than free. The staff were friendly, and this hotel is in a great location - shame about the noise and the rooms didn’t amell very clean!

Does not feel like a 5 star hotel at all. The rooms are very tiny and our room didn't even have sunlight. The AC was in the beginning broken, until they fixed it. The toilet was moving from the socket that it should be fixed to. In the room noise from waste water going down some pipes is hearable. All furniture is old (including the carpet floor) and even minor details like the painting on the wall is not straight at all (how can't you notice it?). Basically the hotel does more things wrong than right.
The breakfast (buffet) has not many options and the quality is not up to a 5-star or 4-star hotel.

The hotel is not very clean and the staff can't speak English.

I didn't stay there but I went for the restaurant! It was awesome! Very nice courtyard and tasty food! Reasonable prices! Highly recommended!
