Recomended for all passingers! We was here for 2 nights and all was just great! The best were dear Mr Mehmet and Mr Buket, waiters in tge restorant! Wooooooo 😮 we saw an alien in Radisson 👽 he was in our room, and he jumped out at us in the middle of the night and said that he was the manager of the hotel. He gave us free toast, and a goody bag! We came with a tour from adana and I absolutely adored it. The staff members were incredibly warm and welcoming. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the hotel itself maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout. The proximity to a shopping mall was a huge plus. Additionally, the food was exceptionally tasty, adding to the overall delightful experience.

Really enjoyed our stay here, next to a shopping mall, food close by too.service mainly were really friendly. Front desk some were awkward as they didn't speak English but the ones that were friendly could speak English. After several stays in 'non-branded' hotels, Novotel Diyarbakir was a pleasant change. The infrastructure and staff was as you would expect. They even had a few English speaking staff members - a virtual luxury in Turkey at this price range. The hotel is adjacent to a mall but little else. This is a very good hotel in Diyarbekir. I booked 2 rooms here. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and really 5 stars. The staff was good. I'll not mention their confusion in check in & out. Price is little bit higher than other hotels but for such a quality it seems fair. I had a parking place. This is a new part of the city, a shopping mall, restaurants are available near by.

One of the most cleanness hotels in Diyarbakır. It located in a very silent place near to city center. The staff have a smiley face, trying to answer whatever issue you have. The car parking space is too big, no need to worry about your car. The rooms are wide, tea and coffee are self-serving inside the rooms for free. The prices were almost cheaper than other brand hotels.

We went to diyarbakir to visit and happened to go to this hotel. They welcomed us kindly and we were given a tour of our rooms. Checking in and everything went very smoothly. We also got information about Diyarbakir itself. Our cars were taken by them and brought to their parking. Also, thank you to Şahin from the reception and Umut who helped us.

I can recommended the hotel. The staff was nice enough to let me check in at 6am in the morning at no extra cost, the location is good right outside of the city walls (about 15 min from the castle) and the breakfast was excellent (in fact, one of the best breakfast on the trip). For all that I also forgive them, that they had a water outage for a few hours.

I really like this place. The hotel is fairly new and you can easily tell this from the rooms. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but it is also fairly close to the citadel area. The breakfast is also great.
