We came with a tour from adana and I absolutely adored it. The staff members were incredibly warm and welcoming. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the hotel itself maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout. The proximity to a shopping mall was a huge plus. Additionally, the food was exceptionally tasty, adding to the overall delightful experience.

I asked no smoking room and they gave me a no smoking room. Impossible to go to the bathroom for smoke smelling! Typically it happens in Turkey for cheap hotel, but Novotel is international chain and it's expensive!

Really enjoyed our stay here, next to a shopping mall, food close by too.service mainly were really friendly.
Front desk some were awkward as they didn't speak English but the ones that were friendly could speak English.
Breakfast was well catered for, nothing was too much and staff stored luggage for us due to car issues. Thankyou. Some minor issues I'm sure they will be dealt with.

The room was dirty. The walls were full of stains. The remote control was missing. The bathroom was not really cleaned... the worst Novotel experience ever.

Good hotel, tasty food, great staff. All services was on high level.

I loved it because it is so modern and chic.It is advisable for tourists to rest because it is so quiet .

Although the night shift staff was very helpful and good to me especially Onur Bey, the morning shift staff was not but again the pool was good enough and only disadvantage is breakfast is not included
Edit: I really appreciate for the interest of operations manager Mr. Mehmet DEMIR about my complain and his cooperation. He called me today gave me information about my problem which I faced during checkout and apologized on behalf of his team. It was definetly perfect approach for changing my unfavorable opinion about Novotel Diyarbakir and I'll definetly stay this hotel again at least for visit this professional team. Thanks and Regards

After several stays in 'non-branded' hotels, Novotel Diyarbakir was a pleasant change. The infrastructure and staff was as you would expect. They even had a few English speaking staff members - a virtual luxury in Turkey at this price range.
The hotel is adjacent to a mall but little else. The mall has basic food and shopping options - even a laundry / dry cleaning outlet - so no complaints. However, the location requires a taxi ride or minibus journey to go anywhere else.
We didn't book breakfast at the hotel.
Diyarbakir is a great base from which to visit nearby areas of Eastern Turkey and the Novotel provides a comfortable stay.
