LATER EDIT short, for the response on my review 😄 -check the images from review on Booking and decide for yourself if the room was clean or not - owner lies about our identities, saying are fake accounts. I registered with passport, with this exact name, at the hotel, with my husband. So no fake infos, he lies as usual. -it’s not about the money, it’s about the amount of lies we got for the money. - we were not informed at all the kitchen was in renovations. - from experience we say there are better hotels in EDİRNE for the exact same money and they provide private parking and breakfast, so was not a high expectation here. -we never felt heard on our complaints and got no sorry, the owner listened only to whatever he wanted, and that’s insulting for us as customers. He chose what he wanted to hear in order to transform the truth in his favor, making it a big lie and blaming us. And for the owner: I’m sorry for your attitude and hope you have the success you deserve based on your character in the future.😉

Ok, as I can see all the reviews here are at least 1 year old, so I’m gonna do a fair update to the situation this hotel is in, based on my stay there 1 week ago.
First things first, on the arrival, don’t expect to find any private parking lot AS THEY CLAIM, they invite you to park literally on the tight streets around the hotel; adding that the street has cameras, but this won’t help at all when your car might get hit or robbed by the many weird people from that neighborhood, because yes, the neighborhood looked so unsafe for a foreigner, even though they claim to be close to the city center, you had to walk all this neighborhood to get there.
Second, we asked if we will get any breakfast, AS THEY CLAIM on the website where we booked the stay, and guess what, they didn’t even have the option for us to pay extra to take the breakfast there from the hotel; I have to add that this hotel is advertised as having “such a great breakfast”, which ironically doesn’t even exist.
Next one, went up to the room, again not the same room AS THEY CLAIMed and was advertised on the booking that we will get, we got an extremely small one, couldn’t barely move in it as 2 people.
I HAVE TO ADD that the room was so so dirty, dust was everywhere, the shower I don’t know if it was cleaned before our arrival, mirror of the bathroom clearly not cleaned, and the freebies like mini showergel and shampoo were most likely expired due to the separation of their ingredients in their mini bottles. The bedroom now, the sheets were dirty, like some food stain on them and small hairs; went down to the reception to ask for new and clean ones and on the new ones we found some long hairs as well. During the night we woke up several times because the mattress was that used we could literally feel the springs, I swear this never happened in any other hotel, AT LEAST the mattress should be decent!
One last thing, we did a review and complained the same and with proof on the website we booked this stay. We’ve been contacted by the owner of this place and I have to add that this person should not be supported for his business. He is aggressive , impolite and unprofessional. He totally ignored all the complaints we had, claiming that they don’t exist, when all he promotes and what we expected to find, in the end was a fat lie. A lie that he shamelessly let it pass, harassing us for daring to complain. He even has the audacity to say that we only paid that amount of money and expect higher standards; no, man, we expected the standards that you promoted for that exact money and having a bare minimum standard is I think at least what a person should ask for- bear in mind “having a clean room “ at least.
Adding another fat lie, the owner claimed that we made noise and that they told us to not make noise afterwards. A lie to reject our refund request from booking.
