One big issue I had with upon my stay is elevator maintenance. For two mornings in a row the first elevator was out of service which is very inconvenient. Lovely hotel with attentive staff. Breakfast ok just didnt like the staff standing around and staring. Close to shopping malls and starbucks next door. Would definitely stay again

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. The pool and hammam were very nice. Water temperature was ideal. Breakfast was varied and nice. Location a little bit far from the city center.

As the hotel is authentic, the rooms are really small and uncomfortable. The floor is loud and you can hear everyone else sleeping there, especially if someone is in the lobby, where there were loud people until late at night. Picked up this hotel mainly due to the “parking available”. Yes parking was available in a nearby lot, unattended at nigh. Located in a 500 years old building. It was a small but nice garden, where breakfast is served. It was ok for one night, but I would not go back. Of course this is my personal opinion.

The hotel is not in the city center but it is on 15-20 min walking distance to more important places. There are enough parking spots. The room which we used was big, clean and well organized. Service is excellent. Most of the receptionist speaks fluent Bulgarian. This is a preferred hotel for many Bulgarians.

We had a great stay there. I loved the style and the atmosphere of it. The breakfast was with a lot of choice. The only thing I didn’t like was that the couch and the mirror were very dirty and the room was quite noisy. But I would stay there again for sure, I recommend the suites.

The hotel has been recently remodeled and looks very nice. Excellent service provided by the front office staff (especially Cevdet, who was very helpful on the evening of Nov. 18 in helping us find a nearby pharmacy that was still open past 6pm!). One of the few 5 stars worth hotels, rooms are very clean, lots of safe parking spots but main contributor to the 5 stars is definitely the hotel staff. The most friendly and caring staff at a hotel I've ever been. It was my first stay at The plaza Edirne, definitely won't be my last one. Looking forward to my next visit!
