It was a very nice place to be in and it was a great place to chill and relax! So happy to spend my quarantine there instead of staying home for 20 days. Mr. Mehmet, Mr. Hasán and Mr. Sadık were so nice and welcoming and it was a very friendly environment to be in. The dinner and breakfast were served at any time we wanted to so we did not have to wake up 7 am in the morning just to eat breakfast....

1774 kazdagi is a very nice hotel I enjoyed my accommodation pretty much and the service of Mehmet bey and the other personal as well as Nuriet hanim’s amazing foods and the cultural hotel, sadık bey was a very good manager and I enjoyed my beautiful view. I liked the breakfasts next to the pool in the garden and in the balcony of my room with the pleasant staff. So happy to spend my time in this hotel...

Allyear around, family owned and newly built boutique hotel, delicious food. Rooms are larger than normal (30 m2) and some of them have their own thermal baths in them. Massage and thermal bath is highly recommended.

Thank you for everyone working in the hotel for my perfect stay. Especially for their welcome and support for every subject. I will stay in that hotel again.

Nice breakfast and dinner, rooms cleaned daily. Nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The indoor one is thermal with quite hot water. On a negative note, the overall condition of the rooms isn't great. We were unlucky enough to have mould in the bathroom, stone covered toilet and not so clean water tap. 3 stars only for the rooms.

Daily spa use at modest pricing, nice staff, clean indoor hot pool and out door cool pool. Good message therapists. A little worn from age Otherwise very good values.

Nice hotel in the city, not so big but you can feel a warm hospitality since the first time you check in at hotel. They also provide a buffet dinner for guest daily. They have a big banquet place in garden behind the Hotel. Recommend for a short trip guest visiting the city. Coz surrounded are nothing in this area

Renovated change rooms clean thermal and cold water swimming pools are excellent for daily users and hotel quests... I enjoyed very much...

It's not a five star hotel or high quality rooms, but it's decent,cozy and clean. You can rent a room for 25 lira for an hour.

Very nice turkish Bath, thermal waters for health benefits! 20 TL/ hout for private Bath . Can be busy in the weekends.

I use the hourly thermal bath when I get a chance. Clean, friendly staff, very reasonably priced. If you forget any sundry items, they are available in the mini store. 👍

It was the perfect location for the holiday I planned to visit the whole bay with my family. It is suitable if you are planning to visit Ayvalik, Kaz Mountains, asos one day. The breakfast was very nice, it was nice to have free tea and coffee.

It is a place we prefer as a family, the rooms are clean and hygienic, the breakfast is very good, it is a safe hotel to be preferred for a family stay. Especially Mr. Süleyman is very interested and knows his job well, if you are looking for a clean and good hotel, I recommend you to choose it.

The owner of the hotel, Süleyman Bey, was very kind. The room we stayed in was very clean and got sun from both sides. Tea service at the reception continued from noon to the evening, free of charge and unlimited. Breakfast in the morning was a standard breakfast. Breakfast items were of good quality and fresh. The gentleman at the reception was very interested. The lady in the restaurant was not smiling at all. Rooms are mediocre, we slept a little late because of the noise from outside (I thought the air conditioner) that I couldn't tell what was working; but I had one of the best sleeps I've had in a long time.

Wonderful hotel in a historic neighbourhood, surrounded by 19th century Greek houses. Clean, beautifully appointed rooms, with a wonderful breakfast!

Unfortunately, I cannot say that it is clean and well-maintained. It can be better with simple operations.

The bed and breakfast was very nice. We stayed for two days. We will most likely come again. The employees are caring and smiling people.

I love these tree houses and the camp.. it always belongs to us when we go with our hiking group.. the food is delicious.. the breakfast is good.. the ladies make delicious pastries.. Mr. Hasan and Mr. Volkan are doing their best.. don't have too high expectations Because these are tree houses.. we are regulars in room number 4... we love it.. this is a camp by the stream.. the nature is magnificent...
