We made a reservation from Istanbul. I was worried but the staff was very attentive and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There was an open buffet breakfast in the morning, naturally there wasn't much detail, but I think it was satisfactory for the hotel. I felt comfortable

We entered the rooms, they were very bad, the sheets were tired and the pillows were not clean. We checked out immediately... It is not clean and there is a strong smell in the rooms..

I definitely recommend it. My boyfriend and I were going to a different hotel before, but when we came here, we said to each other that we wish we had always come here. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom and sink are large enough and clean. The rooms are clean, the bed is wide and high. The service we received was very nice. The employees are very friendly and respectful. There were only 2 details that caught my eye. Frankly, I would like variety in terms of breakfast, and the carpet in the room was a little dirty and had stains. Other than that, everything else was great. We loved Gunay Hotel....

We stayed for 1 week in January 2024, it is a very nice hotel. The employees are great, they are very good at breakfast and at the reception. It is a hotel where you can stay in Elazığ. It's pretty good for the price. I would also like to thank my brother Ahmet at the restaurant.

The restaurant of the hotel is located on the top 7th floor. It has a nice location. I did not take a picture of the room on purpose. It is the same as what you see on the internet. Also, the employees are very respectful and polite. There is a heat problem. Elazığ is a harsh country and I think the air conditioning is inadequate, but do not let this mislead you. The same situation is in the surrounding hotels. Also, the location is very good. It is in a good spot, within walking distance to many places you want.

The carpets in the room are in a disgraceful condition, the breakfast buffet is in a mediocre condition, the location is central but there is constant fighting and noise around it. In my opinion, there is no need to extend the comment further. From the style of your answer, it is very easy to understand what kind of business you are.

I can say that this hotel has the best staff among the hotels I have stayed in so far. It is admirable that they listen to suggestions with dedication and patience, find solutions immediately, and most importantly, the respect they show towards their customers is visible. It's a place that I always prefer, the interest is very good. This is not a fake comment. I always stay in hotels in Anatolia for business purposes. It is a perfect price and performance hotel. It is my second best choice among all the places I have visited. I agree with the criticism about the carpet, but I witnessed the cleaning done in the previous visit.

Truly wonderful hotel that resembles a three to four star establishment. Spacious rooms clean and an excellent breakfast. Quiet and a proper air conditioning that works well. Very friendly star
