Simply is the best hotel in east turkey which i have seen ever, because they polite also you can rich everywhere quickly and lovely turkish cuisine available... thanks everyone

Clean, german standards. Normal size rooms. Safe parking. Full breakfast where You can take a decent expresso (not very usual in Turkey). Kindly staff.

Location is good and accessible to the downtown easily. All the conditions are quite satisfying, but for me lightening of the hotel and it's garden should be improved.

The hotel is located near a strip of road with lots of nightly shops and diners. The rooms were a bit old fashioned but did not lack in luxury, especially for the price. The 24/7 food service and day-pool were excellent, as well as the attached mall and fitness room. I would stay here again when I come back.

Quite good place to stay in Elazig. Breakfast is good and big, rooms are clean enough. Communication in English almost not possible, so take you time when checking out

I’ve been staying multiple times here in the hotel since 2020 with absolutely no problem . Helpful people , nice rooms and clean beds .. But since last time I stayed a very unusual habit came across my eyes . They allow smokers to smoke inside the restaurant while we were eating our food . 🤮🤮🤮 it wasn’t just 1 smoker , it was at least 10-15 people who were trying to smoke the room up . I had to...

the hotel is good and clean so as the rooms and toilets.The restaurant food at top floor is excellent the breakfast is average. The only minus point is they have only one type of pillow that is very hard .If you want to have a good sleep bring your own pillow otherwise you will have a sleepless nights.

I stayed at a Harput Suite. It was quite spacious. I loved the decor of the room. There was a jacuzzi and even a Turkish bath in the bathroom which surprised me. The breakfast was all right. I liked the live egg station. The coffee was as bad as like all other Hiltons around Turkey

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great breakfast selection and very nice terrace bar/restaurant on the top floor. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable and there's good security with room fob operated lifts so unauthorised people can't access the first areas.

Fairly priced, located right in the center and by far the Best breakfast among Hilton hotels in Anatolia.

Very good location as it is in the city center. But a bit not easy for parking. It is good that they have valet parking. The hotel is clean and room is good with everything you need.

I came to Elazig first time for a busines trip from US and I stayed another hotel prior to stayed here. This hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Very good and true 4-stars service and rooms (spacious, very clean and the most comfortable bed in the world). The whole team was very welcoming & warm from the beginning and helped me to organize whatever I needed (trips, storage, express laundry ect.). Would highly recommend it. Also some of the staff members speak good English!

Perfect location, perfect service, perfect room.I used to choose chain hotels, because of reliability,this time there wasn't had room one of the chain hotels, which is near central. Luckily I chose The Marathon and I find out their quality,after that my first choice is the Marathon hotel, whenever I come back Elazig city.

I opted for the suite which was nicely appointed. My rating reflects that there is no air conditioning really, just cool air, which does not adequately cool the room. The refrigerator keeps items cool, not cold, so I had to order a bucket of ice to chill beverages. I wish the windows slid open rather than push out, as the pushed out window impedes the magnificent view. And the hotel really needs...

It's a place that I always prefer, the interest is very good. This is not a fake comment. I always stay in hotels in Anatolia for business purposes. It is a perfect price and performance hotel. It is my second best choice among all the places I have visited. I agree with the criticism about the carpet, but I witnessed the cleaning done in the previous visit.

First of all , the staff of the hotel were very interested . It was a very good hotel in terms of price performance. Definitely a place to stay. Rooms, breakfast etc. were good. There are parts missing of course. For example, the drain of the shower was a bit problematic, but other than that it was fine. Not to mention that it is close to Harput. If your path falls, you can definitely stay.

Talking about the room I stayed in, it had a very serious cigarette smell. The air conditioner was not maintained and when it worked, it added the smell of cigarettes. The hotel is nice and clean. The workers are kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is a little off the main street so it is quiet with no road noise. The only drawback I found was that the shower in my room leaked onto the floor but that seems to be a common problem in Turkey.

I stayed for 10 days due to work and everything was very nice. The rooms are clean, very spacious and comfortable. Employees are very engaged. Only the breakfast can be improved a little more, other than that, there are all the amenities and you can easily access the hotel because its location is central. Thanks for everything :)

The location is in a very central place, the rooms have a stove, washing machine hot water etc. The only negative feature of the hostel is that there is no elevator because you can get a little tired when going to the upper floors.
