Toilet smelling alot , and not clean enough
Breakfast , they were giving to each person a covered plate (with tomato,cucumber, 2 kind of cheese, 5 6 pcs of olive , small box of (butter, honey ,) … in general not wait breakfast buffet -coz there isnt-
During the reservation we was tild that the spa and pool was opened until midnight, but we finf it closing at 10 pm

I’ve been staying multiple times here in the hotel since 2020 with absolutely no problem . Helpful people , nice rooms and clean beds ..
But since last time I stayed a very unusual habit came across my eyes .
They allow smokers to smoke inside the restaurant while we were eating our food . 🤮🤮🤮
it wasn’t just 1 smoker , it was at least 10-15 people who were trying to smoke the room up . I had to stop my dinner early because of the stench .
Were living in 2024 , smoking inside a closed window restaurant is not a thing anymore 🥴

Its a great hotel but my minibar wasnt working at all. The food was nice. I would recommend it to tourists

Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are ok. Breakfast is not good.

Good for stop over but not for long stay at night if you fell hungry no room service or any food to eat 🤔

Good hotel and good service, liked that hotel. As foreign it was important for me to feel safe, so I found what I looked for. Especially thanks to Begum, she look really professional and know her job well, she speaks English well so she helped me a lot with advices. In general I recommend that hotel 🏨.

It’s was good enough to stay in Dedeman the rooms was clean, service and hospitality was very good. The location is very close to popular market.

the hotel is good and clean so as the rooms and toilets.The restaurant food at top floor is excellent the breakfast is average. The only minus point is they have only one type of pillow that is very hard .If you want to have a good sleep bring your own pillow otherwise you will have a sleepless nights.
