Friendly and solution-oriented staff. The rooms are clean, the Internet is not very fast as in the rest of the country. The gym is not big but it is clean. I think I went there 2 or 3 times and each time there was no one in the gym. There is drinking water and clean towels inside.

Our overall experience was good. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of food. On the negative side, I was expecting to use the swimming pool and sauna but they were closed during our stay. This should be communicated in advance. I was told that the sauna and the pool have been closed for 5 years…

Better than average city hotel in Turkiye. Very good work of cleaning team, amongst best I ever saw in 4* 5* hotrls. The only one hotel of major networks in Erzincan, plus it have conference rooms - so its double price in comparison with small independent hotels. I recently stayed at this hotel. The staff is amazing. They were very helpful and kind people. Breakfast was very diverse. Rooms were very clean. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is just less than 5 mins to the city centre by car. Easy access to shopping as well. Finally, I highly recommend this hotel for new visitors. Thank you for your great service.

This was a fantastic hotel from the get go. Check in was smooth and fast. We had a disabled person with us and they immediately recommended a wheelchair accessible room for us. We had some fussy children who hadn't eaten much earlier in the day and they led us through to the restaurant and gave us a list. A good place with polite staff and neat. The good view you can get and AC! Which is not common in Turkey Otels. Perfect cafe just under the otel and decent breakfast. With 150TL you will have a pleasant stay.

The team at the reception is very helpful and caring. Thank you to each and every one of them Rooms are clean. The breakfast is quite good, the variety is sufficient. I have one small criticism. The room doors are a bit difficult to close and make noise. It would be nice to have it fixed :)

We stayed here on a biking trip through Turkey. Very Nice hotel. Friendly staff, nice clean room and very cosy restaurant. The staff was very kind and allowed us to store our bikes safe inside the restaurant.

We stayed one night during our trip and were very pleased with everything. The rooms are large, spacious and spotlessly clean. There is too much of everything. The breakfast was amazing. Mr. Umut was very interested at the reception. Great service for this price. If we come again we will stay here again. We left Erzincan very happy. We thank you.

This hotel is very good, excellent breakfast. Only downside, in room 201, compressor noise (air conditioning? Fridge?) annoying at night. And too bad the roller shutters are broken. Choose a room between the street side and the back where 201 is.

The hotel is nice. Very clean, staff is kind but it is more like boutique house hotels. You may need to come prepared with your own stuff. Other than that, it is the only beautiful thing about this city. If you're not planning to go outside of your room must include in travel plans.

Everything was superb with regards to money I paid. Everything necessary was available. Keep in mind that in summer you need a fan if given a room on 2nd floor. There is no concept of fans or air-conditioning over here.

The rooms are really clean, the service is very good, and at the same time, it is a very safe family place. Its location was also among my preferences as it was in a central area and easily found.

Clean and practical apartment-like suites with most of the appliances like an oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and AC.

I would definitely recommend it in terms of cost benefit. Owner Selver is very interested in tradesmanship number 10. I would comfortably recommend. You won't regret it for sure

The friendly, warm-blooded interest and services I have seen in the Erzincan region are excellent. I see it as the most favorite and cleanest hotel in the district, which is in a cute perfect location like Uzumlu.

Due to the exam duty, we came to the Erzincan region in charge and stayed in the district of grapes, which is nice as a location and place, and I recommend it with a visually beautiful accommodation.

Excellent service. There's a guy who speaks perfect English and is very helpful and nice so that's a plus (unexpected in Turkey). Food is great and incredibly cheap, more than in the high street. Swimming pool, sauna, hammam, etc. All that a European could expect from a 5* hotel.

Stayed for a night in the Hayat. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was spot clean, spacious and well equipped. Highly recommend staying here.

The staff could not understand English as it was written on the reservation site. The parking is just in the street in front of the door.
