Akra Fethiye The Residence Tui Blue Sensatori - Ultra All Inclusive - Adults Only

Both myself and my partner arrived for a 2 week holiday near the end of September 2024.
The hotel was spotless and staff were very attentive to everything we needed. We were given a lovely room but with a shower inside the bath which was very difficult to get out off especially if you went in second, it then became very slippery. The Tui reps helped us and were able to allocate another room
The only niggle we had was when we went into the piano room and some parents with small children were allowing them to run around and some even split drinks this was going on even when the entertainment was going on. I know this is a family hotel but surely this shouldn't be happening after 11.30 at night. We left the piano room at midnight and these small children were still running about parents didn't seem bothered at all. How about making it under 16 free after 10.30. Surely this is not too bad.

Hotel is really great, rooms are good but room service is pretty poor. Not enough beds made on our arrival at midnight and then often not enough towels or bathroom consumables resulting in calls to ask for things that should already be there on a number of occasions.

There are some really great staff. Call outs for the main bar guy in the outdoor theatre, the tui entertainment and child care staff, family dining room staff and the outstanding and friendly omelette lady! But far too many bar staff and restaurant staff do not come across as friendly and really appear that they don't want to be there which just takes the shine away from what could be an outstanding experience.

We had a 1-week holidays in the hotel. The room was fantastic, clean, spacious. The territory is green and wide. The staff was very friendly. Food choice was great and everything was very tasty. Overall, the holidays exceeded our expectations. We definitely would love to go there again.

Doesn’t match the price/quality ratio. I don't know why this hotel is 5 stars, for me it's 4 stars. The sunbeds on the beach look terrible. Cocktails in bars are tasteless. It is problematic to take a shower in the room - weak water pressure and temperature jumps. Sometimes the lights were turned off in the whole hotel (for a few seconds, but it was unpleasant) The only advantages are delicious food and a 16+ zone

Visited for vacation and this resort far exceeded my expectations. Absolutely stunning from the entrance to the beach. Rooms are very clean and simple, food is high quality and fresh. Staff are friendly and don’t hesitate to help. Overall amazing resort for honeymooners or family trips. This resort feels like heaven on earth.

Exceptionally well run hotel. Great beach, bars, and restaurants. Child friendly, smiley people, kids loved everything about this hotel. The sunset bar is great, and I particular I would like to give a shout-out to Metin, he goes over and beyond, very welcoming and makes great drinks. Thank you Metin and all the staff for making this stay memorable

This is a very beautiful and very respectable hotel. From the first entry you see the joy and smile in the faces of the staff. What a wonderful treatment. The place is very clean and quiet. The beach is private. The food is delicious. You can find all kinds of variety. There are many bars. It is closest to my heart. Yasmine Bar. Went here for a triple birthday/ wedding anniversary celebrations week with my 2 brothers and the wives, and we had a fantastic time .
The hotel and all the surrounding areas are kept exceptionally clean and tidy. The staff were constantly working hard to ensure that our holiday was the best it could be.
The food was excellent, and there were plenty of different foods available and always cooked to perfection.
We were asked if there was any one member of staff who had stood out, but for the first time ever, we were unable to pick just one out because every member of staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
We're now planning to return back but next time, will be a longer visit,

We had such a lovely trip to Akra.
The hotel is a bit out of the way of the town, only a 15 min cab journey (7 euro) but the hotel itself is just perfect.
Our room was spotless, the staff are so lovely and attentive and food was great. There is a choice of a few restaurants if you go all inclusive, one buffet and two service, all food was great. The spa was gorgeous, we had a massage which was well worth it (£77). We also had pedicures, the best one I have ever had!
We would definitely revisit.

I had the most amazing experience due to this hotel. Everyone is so friendly, and even tho there is sometimes a language barrier, they do their best to try and understand what you need. The food is amazing. The hotel is amazing. The service is amazing. The only thing that bothered me was that they do not willingly help people who have food allergies or sensitivities, even tho they ask you when you’re checking in what you are allergic to. You have to be on top of their heads to make sure you don’t get an allergic reaction. But other than that they’re honestly just super amazing.
