Wow wow wow Amazing resort, It’s like staying in a small village and the little train will drive around dropping you off at different stops. Our bungalow was beautiful and quiet. Restaurant food was top top quality

Always full and less frequent can be an issue if your bungalow is far. Nice beaches and food quality is great 👍 Employees do their best to keep guests happy. Not an easy task for 1000 rooms overall they deserve 👏

Family friendly ultra all inclusive style resort. Don't expect much from rooms, you will spend most of your time away from room so didn't bother us. Buggy service can be improved

Our room Was far from the pool/sea restaurants. Would definitely return but would upgrade to a Luxury room. 100% recommend staying at this hotel, family friendly , it's amazing!!!

Our kids are happy to have a lot of entertainment - swimming pools, a mini water park with slides, a mini-club with activities and toys, a games center, an ice cream cafe and a zoo (sheep, goats, chickens, parrots, pigeons and many other birds)

The kids club staff were fantastic, my daughter loved them and they did a great job keeping the kids safe and happy. The shows at the amphitheater were great, especially the African acrobatics group, they were amazing

The food in restaurants is excellent, the rooms are cozy and well-designed. The work of architects and designers was really awesome, everything looks modern and stylish

PS: There is a lady at the pool bar named Ozden who is a truly exceptional employee, always smiling and willing to help

The staff here were really nice and helpful, the place was super clean and well-kept despite having lots of guests

It's not a huge resort but that's not a bad thing as there's not too much walking and there is always a bar close by. Beds and pillow are firm and you can ask them to put a foam layer on top of the mattress which helps

A very nice "All Inclusive" sea-front resort with nice facilities. We stayed there for 3 nights, overall experience was good. The food wasn't so good, and there was no service by the pool and the beach

Relatively small area, which means you don’t need to run around to get what you need. The rooms with pool access are HIGHLY recommended, and definitely worth it. Jiva will be my first pick for my next holiday

4 night stay in a corner suite. We don’t normally do all inclusive but we didn’t need to worry, this place is fantastic. Food and drinks were amazing, staff very friendly and the place was spotlessly clean

I think what stood out most was the nightly entertainment that kept you excited for the night to come. You can see the entertainment team really put in a lot of effort to source the best performances

Only 5* on Calis sea front and centrally placed. Resort is old school, all B&B's with restaurants attached. It suits a mature clientele, with nice flat prom with great views at sunset from the restaurants

We have stayed in 5 star all inclusives in the Canaries, Cape Verde and Marmaris but this hotel is on a different level. It is like-new, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed and has a lovely peaceful atmosphere

(We are going to the Italian later so I'm sure this will be fabtasyic as well. ) The cocktails were incredible - all made with a smile and the best of ingredients. However, what makes this hotel special is the staff

It’s basically same hotel as Aalesta yacht hotel but those rooms without sea view, everything else are same, u will get 4star service, stuff are kind, my room was clean, they have free boat for beach which was very good, overall I’m pleased by service

Good location, short walk to town centre. Very close for all tour booking options. A great laundry next door to wash all your clothes for a great price which was super handy for us

Breakfast was very nice and the chef made us our Omelette and Fried Eggs with Toast. Coffee and Tea readily available. Rooms are cozy and simple and clean. Would stay here again if travelling as a couple or alone

This is only a 3 star hotel but based on this we had a lovely stay. Food was good and the place was great value for money with a superb position behind the marina

Located on the centrum of the Fethiye. There is a very nice restaurant in it with very competitive prices and planty of choice. Even you may find some vegan alternatives. Thank you, it was a nice experience

We went at 23 o clock at night the guy from reception he came with his scoter to show us the road to go to the parking next to hotel! Very nice atmosphere in the room and a lot of space! Separate shower, toilet and sink area is a plus point! Beds and pillows are exceptionally comfy and soft (possibly the best I have ever tried). I had my best sleep here and wished I stayed longer

The view from the room and dining room is magnificent. Sharing your bread with mullets was a unique experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can go to Fethiye city center by walking.

Breakfast had a huge selection and you can even dine by the dock which is so picturesque. Hotel is tucked in a quiet luxurious corner of the dock which provides privacy

If you like boats or if you have a boat , you walk around the marina or ask to moor your boat. This hotel is wonderful, the rooms are really comfortably with great beds and the most the amazing views from your balcony

The hotel is in an ideal location to walk in and out of the centre but is in a terrible place for traffic. Warning example! Kebab was ridiculous 400tl+ in the centre

There is a easy access to the sea. The beach is covered with small stones. There is a swimming pool as well. The swimming pool is placed next to the restaurant so it's easy to have a snack

Sometimes the lights were turned off in the whole hotel (for a few seconds, but it was unpleasant) The only advantages are delicious food and a 16+ zone

The room was equipped with a little balcony with a great view over the pool and to the ocean. Great probs to our cleaning lady Hatice Hanım, she really put a lot of work into cleaning the rooms really really well

After a short introduction of all the restaurants, services and events provided by the hotel, we were brought to our room, which was really modern and most importantly really clean

Overall most of the service personnel are really friendly and professional with the main goal to provide their guests the best way to relax

Interesting addition: all service personal speak rather fluent Englisch and several more additional languages like German and Russian

The hotel complex is really big and provides several pools, bars, restaurants and a direct access to a private beach

Everything is being cleaned by the service personnel all the time, which I didn't see in this form at all
