A Nightmare Stay

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was undoubtedly the worst experience of my life. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a musty, unpleasant odor that seemed to permeate every inch of the place. The room I was given was filthy; the sheets were stained, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks.

The staff was incredibly unhelpful and rude. When I tried to address the issues with my room, they brushed me off without a second thought. It felt like they couldn't care less about their guests' comfort or satisfaction.

To make matters worse, the noise levels were unbearable. I could hear every conversation, footsteps, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. The amenities promised on their website were either non-existent or in such poor condition that they were unusable.

I wouldn't wish this hotel stay on my worst enemy. Save yourself the misery and avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer a far more pleasant and comfortable experience.

Please look at other negative reviews and the hotel's response to them, you will understand that they are offensive and liers] I think the average score of this hotel is over 4 because people are happy when they do not face any problem during their stay. But if you happen to face an issue, the attidude of the staff is horrible. They didn't even hesitate to lie about us in the comment. We are shocked by it.

The room is quite small and lacks a safe. We asked for a safe for 2 days and were told, "nothing bad happens here." 🤷There is no liquid soap in the bathroom. The hairdryer doesn't work well, and the hot water supply is inconsistent. You have to wait until others finish using it, or you won't get any at all. It's probably because the room is at the top floor. The air conditioner dripped water and initially produced an irritating noise. Though the noise issue was resolved, I felt uncomfortable during the entire process. The receptionist was rude. Instead of offering a solution, he suggested I use earplugs. When I declined, he became aggressive. I've been locked out multiple times, and as I write this review, I've been waiting outside for 1.5 hours. My iPhone battery is nearing its end, and they can't even offer a charger. Once again, the receptionist's attitude is aggressive. The only redeeming quality about this hotel is the cleaning lady. Other than that, nothing else is positive. I couldn't even wait until the end of my stay to post this review. It's been a terrible experience.
