There were 16 of us and at no time did we feel that we were too large a party. We were accommodated in 2 of the specialist restaurants with no fuss at all. Club Tuana has something for everyone regardless of age.

Just back from club tuana, and it had exceeded my exceptions from the minute we checked until we left, we got upgraded to the attic room in the lagoon rooms. It was a gorgeous room with the sun been on the balcony all day. I felt the staff were always happy and eager to help you and friendly to us during our stay. They really did go out of there way to make myself feel comfortable. Hasan in the lagoon bar made the best cocktails and Mimi was so lovely from the main bar. Ali from the main bar floor always made sure we had drinks all the time.
The selection of food in both the main restaurant and snack bar was really good. It was lovely and peaceful stay, we enjoyed the entertainment at night time. The disco bar was really fun too!
We booked a boat tour 7 islands from the hotel and it was so much fun. We got to swim at 3 stops and the staff were so lovely. I really couldn't fault this hotel at all. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome, all inclusive is the way to go!

We chose this hotel for the second time, it’s really nice. Our kids are happy to have a lot of entertainment - swimming pools, a mini water park with slides, a mini-club with activities and toys, a games center, an ice cream cafe and a zoo (sheep, goats, chickens, parrots, pigeons and many other birds). The food in restaurants is excellent, the rooms are cozy and well-designed. The work of architects and designers was really awesome, everything looks modern and stylish. There’s a ramp to walk into the sea, an easy access. The beach has both sand and stones.

An Amazing Experience

We stayed in the Lagoon rooms, and they were awesome, the rooms were clean, modern, and everything worked perfectly.

There were tons of things to do all day long, we stayed for six nights, and still felt like we didn't have enough time to enjoy everything.

The buffets were exceptional, with so many options, everything was super fresh and tasty.

There are plenty of bars around, so you’re never more than 20 meters away from a drink.

The gym they have has modern finish and is well equipped with all you need for a proper full body workout.

The kids club staff were fantastic, my daughter loved them and they did a great job keeping the kids safe and happy.

The shows at the amphitheater were great, especially the African acrobatics group, they were amazing.

The staff here were really nice and helpful, the place was super clean and well-kept despite having lots of guests.

Huge shoutout to the management for doing an amazing job keeping the place happy and welcoming and thank you making our stay truly special.

PS: There is a lady at the pool bar named Ozden who is a truly exceptional employee, always smiling and willing to help.

100% loved this hotel, the staff, the entertainment, the food , the location was perfect!!!

The staff couldn't do enough for you, so friendly and always there 24\7 on the other hand the reception could have had more staff with better English speaking skills, they couldn't understand one word.

The food was 10/10 never had a bad meal, so much choice.

Location was perfect directly on the private beach, only fault was town was 35 mins away

Rooms was basic, tiny tiny balcony, house keeping not very good, Minimal effort no coffe tea sugar topped up and no new towels.
Our room Was far from the pool/sea restaurants.

Would definitely return but would upgrade to a Luxury room.

The staff and the entertainment team are amazing. Super polite and give you all the attention you need.
The main restaurant is full of nice choices and I am truly impressed by the top food they serve. In addition you have the option to book restaurants around the hotel that offers different cuisines on different days.
I would come back here and give all the stars they deserve :)
My only complaint would be the cold water in the pools. Weather was nice around 26 degrees every day but my kid and I couldn't use the pools because the water is freezing.
Clun room also good size but the balcony is too tiny and our shower place wasn't working really well.
But yes we had such a good time! Thank you everyone for your hard work.

Last night we returned from our holiday at Club Tuana. Wonderful place . Everything was as we expected. The food was delicious, the bar open 24/7, the staff attentive and hospitable. The people at the front desk were always helpful when needed. My only complaint is about the water in the pools. Too cold, and the kids didn't use it. maybe from the season, since it was 28°C in the sea. Special greetings to Murat from the reception for his responsiveness, attention and good mood.
