I stayed with the family at the top floor room .The room, bathroom and balcony were all big.
The view is magnificent, overlooking the beach and sea.
The property has direct access to Calis beach , which has a long walkaways throughout the beach filled with restaurants and shops, the location couldn’t be better.
The room was spotless. Internet is stable and fast. Staff are so friendly and willing to help.
Housekeeping is not offered daily. We stayed for 4 nights and had housekeeping done once, despite requesting daily. It was not a big deal but worth noting.

Perfect stay, lovely cotton bedding, water supplied daily in the fridge, both of which were free. Also free safe in the room. Good selection of coffees, teas, soap & toiletries daily. Towels supplied for beach use. Beautiful selection of good food, coffee & juice for breakfast. All staff so very helpful & respectful. The view is amazing along with a wonderful menu in Bella Mamas. We will be back.

THIS PLACE IS AN UNSAFE PLACE, DO NOT STAY HERE. My friend was assaulted in front of the hotel by one of the guests, it was witnessed by many and the managers refused to take action on the situation, instead telling us we are lying. The corrupt nature of this place means that it is not the place to consider if you care for the safety of yourself or your family.

DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS NOT SAFE!!!! I was watching the sunset on the boardwalk and a guest from the first floor balcony threw a glass bottle at my head and assuaged me. It hit the back of my head and hurt badly.
Many witnesses saw this and reported it to the hotel who did nothing. I reported it to the hotel myself and told them which room and they said the guest was sleeping despite multiple witnesses seeing him throw the bottle.
Absolutely corrupt! Do not give this hotel your business!!!! This establishment should be shut down for turning their back on this!

In the hotel in my room is not possible to go to sleep before 1 am in the morning because of the extremely loud music outside even through the closed windows. Management of the hotel do nothing about it although I asked to change the room for normal (they told me that the hotel is booked but I saw several people leaving the hotel during my stay).
In fact, hotel management simply take the money for the service that have never provided and never will be provided in a future -- tipical croock behaviour.
PS: holes on the blankets and sheets -- see attached. On a top, I had to buy towels by myself in a store next-door.

We have been visiting this fabulous restaurant, Bella Mummas for many years now and then in 2019 we stayed in the hotel for our honeymoon and have been back to stay again quite recently. I can honestly say it’s one of the best places to stay and to eat. The hotel is very clean and comfortable at great prices. The owners are absolutely fantastic, friendly and so accommodating. The staff in the restaurant are so professional, attentive and always on hand. People are queuing up to enter the restaurant ALL through the evening, every evening. I’ve never seen a busier place. The food is out of this world and so plentiful with amazing chefs dishing up some wonderful tasty meals. We cannot wait to return again next year. If I could give a 10 star rating I would.

A good view out to sea and near everything that is a bonus for the beach and other things along the seaside. Lots of food and drink options available out here this season.
