I am giving a one star rating because what I really want to rate my experience with this hotel is ZERO!

My fiancé and I drove 11 plus hours from Istanbul to Fetihye. We arrived to this hotel at 10:00pm. There were two front desk people at the desk. I was told that they had a room available and I made my reservation. Everything seemed to be ok until the woman at the front desk started asking me if I was married. I advised the woman that I came with my fiancé.  Is this a new hotel policy, to question someone’s marital status?! This is an invasion of my privacy and I felt very uncomfortable. Not only did she ask me about my marital status, this woman questioned what other countries I had been to.  I explained to the woman that my fiancé and I had stayed at this hotel about two to three years ago. The woman responded that she did not remember me! She must have an incredible photogenic memory to remember all the guests that come to this hotel! Nonetheless, I took the key and went to the room with my fiancé. We tried the air conditioner and it was not working. My fiancé put her medication in the refrigerator and that was not working either! It is extremely important that my fiancés medication stay cold. I went downstairs to advise the front desk people about the faulty air conditioner and refrigerator. At this time I did mention that I was getting angry and that we were tired from traveling to this specific hotel for 11 hours. The man at the front desk was rude and was making negative head motions and stated that it seemed as if I was going to be a problem guest and asked me to take my money and leave! I have NEVER been treated so RUDELY and he made me feel as if I was some kind of criminal. All I wanted was to bring my fiancé back to this hotel because we had very fond memories of coming here. Now this incident has ruined me and my fiancé from going to your hotel!
I was very fortunate and found a hotel nearby and was able to book a room at the ER-OZ.
The front desk gentleman asked for my identification card and my fiancés passport. Not once was I asked about my marital status!

Not a good place to stay. It's run down and old with a dirty bathroom and old towels. I was there for three days and wifi did not work. I asked them about it every day that I was there, and they would just say that it works fine. They wouldn't even look at it. I guess that they were lazy, didn't care and thought it was easier to lie. I don't know why they wouldn't help me. After the second day of no wifi I wanted to find another place because they misrepresented their hotel when I booked it. They refused to refund my money for the final day. These people are dishonest. The city would be better off if the hotel went out of business.
