Hotel Doruk

We stayed in the peak of summer. 35degree each day. Airconditioning kept the room at an uncomfortable 25degrees, and is turned off when you leave the room so that you return after a day out to 30degrees in your room. Pool didn't open until 10am and closed at 7pm. Room was never made up in our 3 day stay. No hot water just like warm. There is no parking even thou they might suggest that there is. We arrived back at our room one day to find the door wide open. No soap until we asked for it. The lady at reception was very helpful. The older man in the hotel was also helpful. The middle aged man needs to attend customer service school - abrupt, disinterested, as though he really didn't want to be helping anyone to enjoy their stay. And I do appreciate that we are in Turkey.

My stay at the 3-star hotel in Turkiye left much to be desired. The staff's rudeness and the malfunctioning air conditioning were major letdowns, especially with temperatures soaring to 87-100°F outside. The mini fridge policy was puzzling – no personal items allowed unless purchased from the hotel.

The rooms were outdated and cramped, with uncomfortable beds that led to backaches. On-site car parking was promised but missing in action. The breakfast, with its high cost and lack of appeal, didn't match expectations. Sadly, the hotel lacked vibrancy and life. A stay to forget. 😔👎 #HotelReview #TurkiyeStay

Very rude staff and security. Do not stay here. There are many lovely places around. Tried to enter the hotel in the back entrance for our room and was told it was forbidden! Very rude man did not care of our safety. Avoid.

The only good thing about this place is its location, but there are so many hotels in the vicinity
