Kilim Hotel & Apart

We stayed here 5 days and it was a nice hotel. Reasonable price, good quiet location close to bus stop and generally pleasant vibe with pools and sunbeds to chill in the evening :) we even got a bigger room for the same price. Breakfast were okay, but there could be something warm to eat. The cats in the garden were additional attraction :) The staff was friendly - they gave us breakfast 1.5 hour earlier when we had to leave early for the bus and also they gave us back money after we booked twice on booking by mistake. The room had a nice view. The only thing that could be better was more space and shelves to put your things because we only had a desk and a wardrobe with only two hangers without any shelves. Also the hairdryer wasn’t working and there was only one electric socket next to the bed.

Great hospitality, food and place to stay. I loved the atmosphere, would def8nitely return.

1) I'd like to highlight kindness of the staff and their willingness to help at all times . Super friendly, accommodating, and professional.
2) the location
Is really on top! 2km walking distance to the old town along the promenade. 4km to the beach which is also a great idea, cuz you gonna pass a beautiful park on the way, as well as stunning marine sceneries.
3) we appreciated the garden and possibility to enjoy our breakfasts next to the pool.
4) talking about the rooms, they are alright, everything is proper. There is a big comfortable bathroom, which is definitely an advantage.
5) WiFi worked just fine, we didn't notice any problem with that.

All in all, I recommend this property!

I arrived here in Fethiye 3:30am and had trouble finding a hotel that will pick up! Then I found Kilim whom not only picked up at that time but also offered me discounted rates! I can’t thank this place enough! I stayed for about 2 weeks and had to leave to a nearby city. I am back now and don’t want to leave. This place is like home! The family vibes. The owners treat you like family, the housekeepers go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I’m able to cook my meals in the kitchen. I have my clothes washed and dried for peanuts, literally! It’s just like home away from home. I can’t thank these people enough for making my stay so amazing! The owner Halime is a gem, always about and available to make sure your stay is as smooth as possible. A special thank you for the soup she has made me daily while I was sick 🫶 All I can say is, I’ve been to many 5 star hotels in Turkey and this by far has been the best stay out of all! The pool, the atmosphere, the epic breakfast buffet and the tea & coffee available at all hours is everything. Thank you guys so so much for making my holiday the best one I’ve ever had! I really appreciate everything Kilim has offered.

We need a lot of things to improve.
Reception people need to be very friendly. Second should have 2 chairs in the room. Should have more wall plugs in the room. We found only one. There are 2 but one used for the fridge. Breakfast should have a choice. Breakfast 2 out of 10. Same thing every morning. Should provide fried egg facility. These all recommendations for the boss to provide the best services. Staff should be friendly and smiley face. Boss himself is very friendly.

Great hotel. The staff are nice, the rooms are clean and well equipped, the pool is very good and the breakfast is delicious.
You feel like you are in a better than 3 star hotel, and for a very low price.
