Sundia Exclusive By Liberty Hotel

Stayed here from 15-22 July 25, Myself & my friend Joanne (Princess) :)
There was a slight issue when we arrived about not having a twin room, (that was requested with TUI) it was a double, I sleep quite poorly so didn't want to keep disturbing Joanne, after about half an hour the issue was resolved with an upgrade to a family room, so that we had the 2 beds a double & a single, as we were very tired as arrived about 2am. (thank you to night reception )
Would just like to say thank you to everyone for fabulous week, it was just what we needed. So chilled & relaxing. The hotel was fabulous & clean. Food was very good, we visited both of the on site restaurants, the Turkish & the Italian. The Italian was our favourite, BUT it was very very hot up there, suggest closing the windows & having the air con on. Location was brilliant right in the centre of everything when walking both ways from out of the hotel.
Would like to give a shout out to all staff members, especially, Zahide Kor ( housekeeping ) she was a lovely very friendly bubbly lady who called Joanne sister. :) Mehmet from the main bar in reception for his banter & him looking after us so well, especially Joanne ( Princess ) Berkay, from restaurant & bar, again lovely & friendly. There was also a young man in both the Turkish & the Italian restaurants when we visited who attended to our every need. ( sorry forgot name) & all the staff in the pool bar both day & night all amazing, sorry if we've missed you by name BUT you were all amazing. Thank you again & would definitely come back.

I truly enjoyed the days I spent at the hotel.
The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious and tidy.
I faced a problem with air conditioning when I arrived but they changed the room in an half hour

All the staff members were friendly and welcoming, whether at the restaurant, valet service, reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
I was planning to try the spa services but the behavior of the lady at reception wasn’t good.

From the moment we arrived at Sundia Exclusive Hotel, we were truly impressed. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, and every corner of the hotel reflects luxury and care. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ali Gungor, professional guy and always ready with a warm smile .He truly made us feel at home.

The rooms were spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated, with breathtaking views of the sea and sunsets that left us speechless. The food was exceptional — from the rich breakfast buffet to the themed dinners, everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.

The pool area is a perfect place to relax, and the beach just steps away was clean and peaceful. Whether we wanted to unwind by the pool, enjoy a refreshing cocktail, or explore Fethiye, this hotel was the perfect base.

This is the best hotel we've been at in Turkiye! Clean and elegant. The staff was so friendly, attentive and kind. Food was great and so many options in all categories! Great performance at evenings, fun activities during the day. Best of all: no waking up early to catch a spot by the pool or sea. We were here during my birthday and got surprised with cake, fruit and wine in our room. Such a caring move and I was so thankful. We will be back! ♡

This hotel is a true gem. warm, welcoming, and full of heart. The staff go out of their way to make you feel special, always greeting you with genuine smiles and kindness. The pool is gorgeous, perfect for relaxing under the sun, and the whole place has a wonderfully calm, happy vibe that makes you never want to leave. A lovely spot for a truly memorable stay.

No expense spared on the food - it’s delicious. The rooms are lovely and clean and the location is ideal. The staff are incredible, so friendly and welcoming. Special shoutout to Burek for going over and beyond to welcome me and my family, it’s always a pleasure to see his smiley face at the restaurant! Also shout out to the cleaning staff, for always being so warm and friendly even when they’re so busy!

Here’s an honest experience from a British couple.

Really happy overall with the hotel. It’s modern and stylish and well-kept. Very clean allover. The pool barman with the earrings was brilliant at making cocktails and even had drinks ready when we came down! :) Room was lovely and clean (Room 2110) Vestile the cleaner was lovely. Minibar wasn’t restocked the first day, but no issues after that.

We didn’t try the pool as it wasn’t heated, so maybe a pool heater would be appropriate towards the end of the year.

All the staff overall were exceptional, very quick at providing drinks in the restaurant and clearing dishes. Everyone went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and the staff should get lots of praise for their efforts :)

Facilities were top notch. Berna, the active girl who organized darts, was brilliant, really warm and friendly and made our experience enjoyable :)

The buffet food was good but did get a bit repetitive after 7 days. It would be nice to see some different theme nights, such as Indian, Chinese ect which would really make this hotel shine.

Plenty to do and see within the local area and using the e-scooters within the local vicinity to visit Fethiye made it even more enjoyable.

The only three negatives we could find are that the chicken soup served at the snack bar at night was stone-cold and with it being chicken soup wasn’t ideal. We chose not to eat it and left.

There’s a 3-hour gap between foods. The snack bar closes at 4 and the buffet restaurant opens at 7. This is disappointing as there’s a 3-hour gap with nothing to eat. Buffets should open around 5, so this would close the gap.

The alcate restaurant was okay but nothing special. More choice would be good. We also found it strange how cocktails weren't able to be served, considering it’s marketed as a high-end restaurant.

We really hope this feedback is valuable and taken on board. If anyone’s thinking of staying here, I’d book this hotel as the quality and value for money this hotel provides is hard to find.

Overall a nice resort for the price when off season as it is all inclusive. Plentiful drinks options and food is only buffet style. The pools are not heated though and the servers clearly gear towards the British visitors and tend to ignore others, whether locals or other nationalities. Also the room rate doesn’t include any a la carte restaurants unless staying a week or more (in that case can visit one a la carte), there’s the option to pay the extra cost. They are very sensitive and aware of food allergies which is very much appreciated. There’s nothing to eat from 4-7 pm as all the restaurants are closed, the snack area should remain open later. Also there’s isn’t a lot of activities or things to do close by, something to keep in mind.

Five stars are not enough for this absolutely stunning hotel.

Beautiful room, very comfortable bed, gorgeous rain shower.

The food is soooo good with much to choose from. We stayed for 2 weeks, and there was always a lot of choice. We never got bored, just 2 kilos heavier.

The pools are very clean and warm.
The outside bar and seating area is such a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunset, which is breathtaking. But the best bit of all was the hotels team. They're amazing always happy to help you with a smile and always friendly. We have booked again for next year and can't wait to get back.

Wonderful hotel, fantastic staff and beautiful food. The hotel is located right on the beach and in walking distance from shops and bars. Definitely going back next year.
