No expense spared on the food - it’s delicious. The rooms are lovely and clean and the location is ideal. The staff are incredible, so friendly and welcoming. Special shoutout to Burek for going over and beyond to welcome me and my family, it’s always a pleasure to see his smiley face at the restaurant! Also shout out to the cleaning staff, for always being so warm and friendly even when they’re so busy!

Here’s an honest experience from a British couple.

Really happy overall with the hotel. It’s modern and stylish and well-kept. Very clean allover. The pool barman with the earrings was brilliant at making cocktails and even had drinks ready when we came down! :) Room was lovely and clean (Room 2110) Vestile the cleaner was lovely. Minibar wasn’t restocked the first day, but no issues after that.

We didn’t try the pool as it wasn’t heated, so maybe a pool heater would be appropriate towards the end of the year.

All the staff overall were exceptional, very quick at providing drinks in the restaurant and clearing dishes. Everyone went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and the staff should get lots of praise for their efforts :)

Facilities were top notch. Berna, the active girl who organized darts, was brilliant, really warm and friendly and made our experience enjoyable :)

The buffet food was good but did get a bit repetitive after 7 days. It would be nice to see some different theme nights, such as Indian, Chinese ect which would really make this hotel shine.

Plenty to do and see within the local area and using the e-scooters within the local vicinity to visit Fethiye made it even more enjoyable.

The only three negatives we could find are that the chicken soup served at the snack bar at night was stone-cold and with it being chicken soup wasn’t ideal. We chose not to eat it and left.

There’s a 3-hour gap between foods. The snack bar closes at 4 and the buffet restaurant opens at 7. This is disappointing as there’s a 3-hour gap with nothing to eat. Buffets should open around 5, so this would close the gap.

The alcate restaurant was okay but nothing special. More choice would be good. We also found it strange how cocktails weren't able to be served, considering it’s marketed as a high-end restaurant.

We really hope this feedback is valuable and taken on board. If anyone’s thinking of staying here, I’d book this hotel as the quality and value for money this hotel provides is hard to find.

Overall a nice resort for the price when off season as it is all inclusive. Plentiful drinks options and food is only buffet style. The pools are not heated though and the servers clearly gear towards the British visitors and tend to ignore others, whether locals or other nationalities. Also the room rate doesn’t include any a la carte restaurants unless staying a week or more (in that case can visit one a la carte), there’s the option to pay the extra cost. They are very sensitive and aware of food allergies which is very much appreciated. There’s nothing to eat from 4-7 pm as all the restaurants are closed, the snack area should remain open later. Also there’s isn’t a lot of activities or things to do close by, something to keep in mind.

Five stars are not enough for this absolutely stunning hotel.

Beautiful room, very comfortable bed, gorgeous rain shower.

The food is soooo good with much to choose from. We stayed for 2 weeks, and there was always a lot of choice. We never got bored, just 2 kilos heavier.

The pools are very clean and warm.
The outside bar and seating area is such a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunset, which is breathtaking. But the best bit of all was the hotels team. They're amazing always happy to help you with a smile and always friendly. We have booked again for next year and can't wait to get back.

Wonderful hotel, fantastic staff and beautiful food. The hotel is located right on the beach and in walking distance from shops and bars. Definitely going back next year.

The room was really nice, we were lucky to have the one with private "balcony" that was on the ground level with the pools. We had our own private sun beds. It was also very clean and spacious.

The whole resort has very decent WIFI, which also covers most of the beach.

All the drinks included in the all inclusive were amazing, and bar staff also was able to mix anything even off the menu.

The evening entertainment was also great, mostly singers but we also saw few dancers and acrobats.
The daily activities like darts, water polo, etc. were more or less none existing, but this was not fault of the hotel, as they were trying to convince people to participate, but rather the guests being lazy and not participating.

The food choices were not huge, but for the hotels this size it is understandable, that it is not efficient or sustainable to cook 50 different options each night. However the food was quite tasty and I would rate it 8/10.
Also I missed not having any "special" nights, e.g. Turkish, see food, Italian, etc., that are often part of the turkey experience.
The Italian ala carte restaurant was amazing.

The beach itself is quite limited when it comes to number of umbrellas and sun bends, so either wake up early to reserve the sun beds, or I would recommend for the hotel to actually uphold the statements about removing unused towels after 45 minutes.

We did not spend much time by the pool, but it was very refreshing and we especially liked the included water balls we could throw around.

Overall it was an amazing stay, and for the money we paid for it, it was definitely worth.
We also paid 150 euros for the two-way taxi, which is quite a steep price, and we would for sure next time look into some cheeper option.

So if you can get a good deal on this hotel I would 100% recommend it.

Some negatives:
- the food choices were quite limited and some of the food was cold or went stale by the time it was "consumed" and replaced by fresh batch
- we sometimes felt ignored by the staff, we are young couple in their 20s, so we might not look as "lucrative" of a guests as some of the older couples, but it just felt unreasonable
- the sound insulation in bathroom is just non exiting, and you can hear every single word from the adjoined bathroom or somebody doing their business on the toilet
- the reservation of the sun beds and hotel not upholding their word about removing unused towels after 45 minutes, as even at 8 am, there was barely any space left on the beach

The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the sea, which makes it perfect for a beach holiday. The food was absolutely wonderful, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The service was excellent, with the staff being friendly and always ready to help. It’s an ideal place for a vacation, and I highly recommend it!

I want to share the mood that this hotel created. the most beautiful place. Hotel guests will find the hospitality of the hosts, excellent service, very tasty food and a beautiful sea. The hotel staff is responsive and always ready to help! It feels like you are staying with close friends! I highly recommend this hotel. I want to thank the manager Svetlana, who was very helpful with my questions and is always ready to help! I would like to make a special mention to all the restaurant and kitchen workers who made the holiday unforgettable. and I also want to mention the bartender Onur, everyone should try his cocktails! he not only creates masterpieces of cocktails for guests, but also creates the mood for the guests! thanks everyone!

A Luxurious Escape with Stellar Service!

My recent stay at Sundia by Liberty Exclusive was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff's courteousness was evident. They were attentive and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and addressing any questions I had with a smile. This level of service continued throughout my stay. Every interaction, from the restaurant staff to the poolside attendants, exuded genuine warmth and a willingness to go the extra mile.

The spa service was also excellent, with Petra and the whole team making sure we were comfortable and giving us great deals.

Umit the night manager always had a warm smile whenever we saw him in thr evening. Food was was also fantastic with a great variety everyday, fresh and tasty.

The cleanliness I want to specifically point out, from the rooms, the lobby, halls and even the pool and terraces, I couldn't find any faults.

Overall just truly exceptional and it won't be the last time I come here!
