The reception was very nice and we met the host in time at the door of the villa.... It was an excellent reception with full instructions and assistance as needed... The villa is very clean and spacious with 4 bedrooms and with 4 bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. The furniture is excellent and new. We stayed 3 nights during which it was a very nice stay and there is ample parking next to the villa...

Exactly like the pictures. Very friendly cleaners and the management were very good.

Very nice place

Amazing villa, just in 5 minutes from the sea. Good location, close to bars and shops. Villa manager was 24/7 open for help. Daily villa and pool cleaning services were included. Loved my stay there.

The villa is a semi detached property. To check in, I had to call the host on their Turkish phone and arrange to meet them. They only accepted payment in CASH. First thoughts about this place was, "what have I got myself into". This impression was brought on by the overgrown weeds outside the property. Photos of the villa looked good but upon arriving here, I felt a little deflated about my decision...

I stayed there for 2 nights we felt as in our home ,, the owner is so helpful and the villa was equipped with everything you might need ,,, i recommended for the families with kids ,, we enjoyed there

Good accommodation with large pool and spacious gardens. One star off for the couple of steep steps (troublesome if you have walking difficulties or pushing a pram) and no children's pool. I'd definitely come back and would highly recommend

the villa was in a very quiet location which myself and my family loved, the pool area was beautiful and cleaned daily. The villa was extremely clean and had everything we could ask for including dish washer, and adding machine and cooker.

First of all, the property owners, İlhan teacher and his son Işık, are smiling, warm and sincere people. The villas are clean, the villa is very well closed, the pools are ideal size, it is a place where you can have a nice family holiday. It was a villa we chose for our honeymoon.

We stayed at the property for 8 days. It looks exactly like the photos. We immediately had a very good feeling upon arrival. The equipment in the house is perfect for vacation and you have everything you need. You can park your car right in front of the door. The location is very quiet. A small but definitely adequate villa for 4 people, clean. The pool and the garden are absolutely huge. The most important thing is that it is not in a deserted place. The fact that he has other villas around prevents the children from being afraid. It is 10 minutes away from Fethiye center by car. Let's not forget Mr. Işık, he provides all kinds of help.
