Excellent 5star service ☺️ Very nice people and very helpful ! The staff helped me find my way to Trabzon when there were not many options available -they took 30 minutes of their time to do that !
The rooms are super clean,comfy beds and the view is stunning if you select a room with view :)

Good location, friendly staff & Good breakfast

I am from abroad and I am very happy with this hotel. It is a safe and a clean place to stay. I stayed here for a week. So far no problems at all. The employees are very friendly and they are always ready to help you. 👍

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. Although the hotel is 2 stars, the service provided is at the level of 5 stars, the room and toilet are cleaned daily (very clean), air conditioning is available, the breakfast is reasonable enough. For these reasons (if you are looking for a hotel in this segment), I recommend the hotel. I would like to thank the kitchen staff very much; because he didn't feel cold and went to the next facility to heat our cornbread.
