Beautiful location, rooms are ok but airco didn't work. Interior and furniture a bit outdated. Food was ok (diner and breakfast). Staff very polite.

Correct-ish. But Sauna was closed, only few members are able to "speak" english, room cleaning was minimalist yet the price isn't cheap. In a nutshell its "ok" but clearly not a 4 stars as we can find in European Union...

New hotel in the city centre of Giresun. Rooms are will designated with new furniture. Nice city view. Next to the shopping centre Breakfast very good 👍

This hotel should be considered a 4 star not a 3 star. Merey at the desk was super helpful and delivered excellent service September 18th 7:30 P.M. The rooms are actually as they look in the pictures. Breakfast and a auto park are included.

The staff were very concerned, the breakfast was sufficient, I can only suggest that they have milk for the children. Price performance balance is good. There was only an odor in the toilet, because the buildings were old because of the sewerage. A hotel suitable for families.

The room had everything you need, even more. They are very thoughtful. The staff were very polite and helped us with the route. Breakfast is not a lot of choice, but it is satisfying enough. The dining area overlooks the sea, it was enjoyable. If the bathroom and the room are not very close, separated by glass, you will not stay in the same room. We liked it, if we come again, we will stay again.

The fact that the hotel is in a place where you can go everywhere with walking distance made our job easier. The smiling faces of the employees, the cleanness of the rooms and the availability of breakfast made us very comfortable and happy. Clean, comfortable rooms however be careful about sea gulls after midnight making too much noise worse than street dogs ;) Hotel employees are friendly.

I went to the Spa Department of the hotel, I paid 45 minutes = 300 TL for Bali Massage. The masseuse spoke little Turkish but good English. He was knowledgeable about Massage, he asked the problem areas and massaged accordingly. I want to visit again when I come back. There was no problem at all except the road leading to the bungolova. The underside of our car is rubbing, leaves are rubbing on the car. Some maintenance needs to be done. Other than that, it was spotless, the rooms, the kitchen, enough plates and glasses, everything was taken care of, we liked it very much 🏵️

First of all, the bathroom was pretty new and clean. The family room was not bad, the bidet was quite large. The room we stayed in had a large balcony with a sea view. There was ample parking space right in front of the hotel. 4km from the centre. Employees are friendly, I mean if you are looking for a hotel in Giresunda, go directly here.

A place where you feel welcome! One of the few Hotels right at the sea side, you have to take care to find the exit from street. But it's worth it! The room we had has an amazing view of the sea and the city from the balcony, and the garden is a beautiful place to spend time and watch the sunset (check the picture).
