One of the hotels of the chain "Cactus" is suitable for families with children. It could be a very nice hotel. Good location, next to the beautiful sea. The beach and water are clean. Good kitchen.

If you're a smoker or love to be a passive smoker it is a haven for you. There are no non-smoking areas outside anywhere even the balcony. Fresh sea air will be mixed with the smoke. If you're a pet lover it is an excellent place to feed starving and aggressive homeless dogs and cats around in hotel territory. Be careful with kids.
If you're bored of smiling people and welcoming staff this place is for you. Nobody will bother you with saying Good morning!
If you're not planning on having fun or being in contact with the world, friends, relatives and colleagues, this hotel is for you. No WiFi in a room and very poor connection in the lobby. If you are not using electronics this hotel is for you. Only one outlet in a room.
Have fun with the Cactus. Not me anymore.

Good hotel, great food, the personal is ok but there is a lot of cats that attack kids and adults Coming to deep injuries and various diseases. They only photograph the wounds and do nothing else. Very bad service from this side and I don't think it should be full of aggressive cats around children

I spent my vacation here with my family, great hotel, great food and the beach is next to the building. I recommend it

The hotel is very good in all aspects; but, foods! Food is always cold; little red meat choices. All of them stale. Despite all inclusive booking, we had to eat two times in local restaurants, while in other melas we ate reluctantly. Meanwhile, no whiskey choices in all inclusive menu.

Everything good animation was amazing. It's next to the beach. it's close to the night Market, everybody so friendly, good service BUT too many flys.... if you happy to share your breakfast lunch and dinner with flys(sharing is caring) we will go back next year if there is no flys

We are here already 1 and half week, the staff is really friendly and they make you feel like home , service staff , bar staff and animation staff all of them. The reception staff is good but the night shift guy is absolutely friendly , nice and always there for help for anything. The girls of the bar are really nice. Unfortunately they don’t talk good English so was some issue with the communication but not a big deal. Animation staff is great but they could do more activities , the girl of the kids club is so sweet and friendly, unfortunately the kids club is small , if I can give a tip to the hotel I would surley say to put more attractions for the kids. The food is great, you have a lot of variety and everyone can find something for himself. Housekeeping is okey. The room is nice. The beach and the pool are also nice. Is a really nice hotel to spend the vacation, I raccomand it

We spent our summer here for 2 years in a row. We are coming from US. This hotel has many qualities like rooms are clean, food is amazing and service is always good. Ephesus, Mother Mary, Cesme and Kusadasi is only couple hours away. If you get bored at hotel you can always explore surroundings. It's an hour away from airport too. General Manager Alican Ozan always takes care of his costumers. Thank you. We will see you next season.
