very good hotel, maybe in first look there is no fireworks, but every next look is better and better. only minus form my is that is no fish food , or very bad fish meals. but I'm vegetarian.

Extremely great hotel. Very neat and clean. Polite and caring staff. The water park is awesome! The son really enjoyed the spectacular water slides. I would love to come back again and again.

The best place in Turkey for family vacation. Very clean sea, pure sand. Service in hotel on high level. Live music - guitar guy who played famous songs and everybody in restaurant sang with him. Kitchen was very diverse. Meat, fish, side dishes. All was tasty. Room was clean, everyday cleaning. I recommend that hotel for families!

Great hotel on the surface but serious service issues. The magnificent grounds often look uncared for and unclean with rubbish (plastic cups etc) lying around and drink machines and coffee machines never being cleaned. Not worth the five stars given by our tour operator. We were located at the smaller annex yali charm with was lovely. Rooms perfect and spacious however small BATHROOM and balcony....

Large area, excellent Breakfast buffet, good animation! Super-concept "russianfree"! ..there are attempts to join the Russian oblaka Russian tourists, but it's unnecessary, better without it, lost all the charm of the hotel.

It could be a very nice hotel. Good location, next to the beautiful sea. The beach and water are clean. Good kitchen. If you're a smoker or love to be a passive smoker it is a haven for you. There are no non-smoking areas outside anywhere even the balcony. Fresh sea air will be mixed with the smoke. If you're a pet lover it is an excellent place to feed starving and aggressive homeless dogs and cats...

I spent my vacation here with my family, great hotel, great food and the beach is next to the building. I recommend it

The hotel is very good in all aspects; but, foods! Food is always cold; little red meat choices. All of them stale. Despite all inclusive booking, we had to eat two times in local restaurants, while in other melas we ate reluctantly. Meanwhile, no whiskey choices in all inclusive menu.

Everything good animation was amazing. It's next to the beach. it's close to the night Market, everybody so friendly, good service BUT too many flys.... if you happy to share your breakfast lunch and dinner with flys(sharing is caring) we will go back next year if there is no flys

We are here already 1 and half week, the staff is really friendly and they make you feel like home , service staff , bar staff and animation staff all of them. The reception staff is good but the night shift guy is absolutely friendly , nice and always there for help for anything. The girls of the bar are really nice. A good hotel for its price, in the restaurant you can see European cuisine, Turkish dishes, delicious desserts, there is an animation program by the pool all day long, I liked morning yoga 👌👍☀️

It's located on a perfect place, next to the beautiful sea. Lunch and dinner are perfect, also with a nice view on the sea. All credits to the animationteam (fumzy for president!) and the rest of the staff 💪, we will come back for sure 😎

The beach is beautiful, 1 umbrella, 2 sunbeds, 25 TL, changing cabin toilet is clean, it is operated as a police morale center, there is not much food in the cafe, but you can take it with you.

Holiday resort on beach of Agean sea just opposite side of Pythagoras island .Pythagoras island in the borders of Greece. Asa Club has spacious area . Plenty of pine trees and local flowers are avavilable. Servis is good. Employee are friendly and smiling.

The best hotel that you can stay around at this location. Friendly atmosphere and delicious food. The owner of the hotel is a nice, frindly couple. The rooms are spacious and well designed, very very clean. The distance to the beach us about 5 minutes walk. The transportation to Kusadasi city center is very easy as the hotel is located at the side of the main road of Kusadasi.

As written in the comments the rooms were not filthy. You feel like at home. They are very caring and do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast is hearty and good. We will prefer this place in our other holiday plans. Thank you for everything.

We are on the 2nd day of our 4-day holiday, I wish I could give 10 stars even if it was 10. We came with my wife afraid because of the comments, but we decided to spend our honeymoon here. First of all, it's definitely not dirty, I think the comments about it are due to personal problems. A nice cozy hotel at the seashore of Gümüldür. A good choice for families with children. There are a lot of outside toys covered the garden and around children pool which has depth of half meter. The garden turns into an open air restaurant at breakfast and dinner. Friendly and kind staff increase the likelihoods of return of former customers for the next summer season.

We stayed at his hotel last year in July with me mom and dad. It is a friendly hotel suitable for families with children. It is a beachfront hotel and has a nice beach.
