I stayed here whilst walking to Jerusalem in September 2019. It is a delightful place to stay, the rooms were excellent and the staff helpful and friendly.

Very nice place to stay! The owners and staff are very friendly and will help you wirh anything you'll need. Couple of minutes walk to the center and 50 meters from the lake. Nice balcony. The floor in the room could be a bit cleaner though.

We only spent a day here and there are still few more days to stay here but I gotta say, the staff, the rooms, the restaurant and the services they provide are great. One of the best places I stayed at this price rate in a long time.

My wife and her mother had to extend there stay in turkey after there returned flight was cancelled so they booked into Seyir Butik Hotel. The hotel is amazing and very close to the lake. It is located very close by the iznik lake. Owner and his wife are very kind and lovely people. Service is goog quality. People are are very kind and smiling for making you feel comfortable. Kitchen is super... Rooms are clean. You may have the chance for riding bicycle or canoeing on the lake. Iznik is full of great ancient buildings, such as church and mosques.

Leading a group of 12 people we spent one night here. Nice swimming pool, nice and clean rooms very kind staff.. The only problem they all hardly speak some English.. A 3 star hotel in this small picturesque but mostly cozy town of İznik, which basically a town filled with anciant history. The hotel is located at almost the end of the Isnik Lake, with a beutiful scenary. There are plenty of parking spots of you travel by car. And there a little garden and a pool, that I didn't try. Outside there are paths for exercise or walking. The room however isn't the best...

people were nice and helpful it was just next to the beach. the breakfast was good i did not try the evening food but in general you are not in the city center by waklking distance you may need a car to go there.

Great place next to the lake. Spacious room. Some water damages on the roof probably because of the winter. Nice restaurant.

Oh my Goodness!!! Amazing place with amazing staff. We stayed in the VIP room for 2 nights and loved every moment. Great location right on the lake with an amazing restaurant to top it off. If eating in, which I highly recommend you do at least once during your stay, you must try the Catfish Skewers or the Et Casserole, both local dishes. Limnades is on my Must Stay list.

Amazing. Clean, good food,rooms perfect with style, clean. We stayed there few days but is the best un that area. Ultra recommended. The price is a little bit higher compared to others but totally worth.

The three stars are thanks to the very beautiful view on the lake, to the kindness of the personnel and the cleanness and beauty of the place. As for the meal, very average. Despite being an olive territory, olives and oil were of lowest quality. The fried eel was ok, cannot say the same for the eel kebap with pepper and tomato. Melon was not fresh as well.

Go see and stay, a hotel with years of experience is going down to the goal in four years, there is a patisserie under the hotel on the left.

It's a clean hotel, but the walls are so thin that you listen to the conversation of the people in the next room as if you were sitting opposite each other. She serves breakfast in the morning. One night accommodation fee is 120 TL. It was expensive to me. Iznik is a town that has never been developed and remained untouched. Also, there are no ashtrays in the rooms, smoking is prohibited 😂

Myth. Rooms are immaculate. Staff are friendly. Everything is very fresh and delicious in the aydo patisserie downstairs. Your fresh tea is always ready. Walking distance to the lake in the city center.

On the evening of 12 November, my wife and I stayed at the hotel with the tour. An unexplainable place to experience. With its magnificent lake and pool view, immaculately comfortable rooms, delicious food and countless breakfast varieties, the smiling face and interest of my employees, it is a place that should be visited. Thank you to all the staff.

Great hotel, suitable for families. It is the largest and most prestigious hotel in the city. The lake overlooks "Iznik Lake" directly. From it you can reach every inch of the city easily. It has a restaurant for delicious Turkish meals, you won't have to worry about food. The weather is great here and the sky is clear this time of year 👍🏻 This is a picture from my room

The hotel with excellent staff, the best location in the most beautiful place of Lake Iznik, where you can walk everywhere. If you come to Iznik and are looking for accommodation, I would definitely recommend it. Also has clean rooms/service and a delicious menu 🙏 thank you very much.
