We stayed as a family of 5 for 2 days. The rooms are clean and the people were very friendly and are very considerate. Especially the tall man was very kind and caring. Also the hotel is in the middle of the city. I thank the Hotel artan team whole heartedly.

We entered the hotel, the welcomed us nicely, i went to our room with my friend, the room was clean, and the view is fine, we ate breakfast it was good, the location of the hotel was perfect, it’s in the center of the city, we are so thankful to muhammed bey we met there.

Nice room, very helpful staff. I requested for a thin pillow and they provide it, whatever we requested was provided. The only issue was that the price list of laundry service was not available in the room and I ended up paying 325 tl for 2 underwear and a pair of suck which was far more than what I have paid in 5 star hotels in turkey.

Great staff, accommodations and location. The hotel looks brand new and the rooms are very comfortable. Compliments also to the top floor restaurant. The food was delicious and the service provided by our waiter, Umut, was perfect!

Air conditioning was working on the lowest fan and couldn't make it stronger even after we asked the reception. We had to deal with it for the night, but the food in the restaurant was great.

It’s perhaps the best price/ performance otel in Isparta. Service, cleanness and open buffet breakfast are particularly appreciated.

Clean and friendly. Shame about lack of service in the cafe/restaurant who didnt seem to have any staff and when we tried to order drinks and cakes had no cappacinos or cakes. Go for the good clean rooms and eat elsewhere.

The hotel is perfect for families. I take a room with 4 beds. The room was large. Clean every day and replace towels every day. There is a Parking lot near the hotel. Breakfast is perfect. Prices really acceptable (28 october 19). Recommended.

This is not a luxury hotel .. but confortable.. Water for shower is always very hot .. Cleaning ok...Breakfast also is aceptable with lot of choises sweet and salted... Internet in the room is not particulary faster..
