The location is far from the city center only good if you are visiting the university hospital , the rooms have a bad odor doesn’t match with the Wyndham and Ramada quality the service was very slow , they claimed that the hotel is full but only one person at the reception and when she went somewhere I couldn’t had my check in process . I tried to attend the fitness center , but it was closed and won...

I had really perfect rest after my work and if I will be in Kahramanmaras again I would have spent my rest time it that hotel.

A very new hotel at the edge of town. Fits to Wyndham standards. The staff is on training curve, they are kind, and the experience will grow. A bit (not only a bit) overpriced.

The personel is a Lil lost, they never gave our receipt, we had to call down to The reception for it and still waiting for. Thanks god we only booked for 2 days even dough we wanted to reserve for 2 weeks. 2 bottles of water for 3 person, The pool is under repair, The Hamam is out of order, no sauna etc. We were only told after we paid for 2 nights. The only thing I like about the hotel is its location and the attention of the hotel staff. Apart from that, the hotel is worthless, but if you come to Kahramanmaraş, a hotel you can stay in is not bad in terms of cleanliness.

It is an old hotel, but the staff is very friendly, I would normally give 1 * but the contribution of the staff is +2 *

The place was very clean, standard city hotel. The extras were a spa centre, which I did not have time to visit, but appeared very nice. There was also some limited parking on the premises. The restaurant was a basic Turkish restaurant. Will fill you up. Breakfast was delicious, standard Turkish breakfast. All staff was super helpful.

The staff are so friendly in this hotel and remember return guests. There is a nice patisserie in the lobby. Great place to stay in Kahramanmaras.

Overall the rooms and the beds were ok, the bathroom wasn't clean enough, we stayed for 2 days on a business trip. A bit of renovation is needed. On the second day the breakfast was open bufe which was great

We had a three person room that was really large and comfortable and seemed quite clean. Their breakfast has a lot of delicious choices. I would definentely recommend staying at this hotel; it's much better than the hotel we stayed in previously when we went to Kahraman Maraş

I gave full marks because the price is good enough in terms of performance.. The rooms are not luxurious, but it smells like clean. Linens and towels are carefully placed.. Employees are also doing their job properly.

I think it's ridiculous that they don't let the guests who come to the hotel to leave the room. We are not in the mood to eat your room, nor can we stay there for the night, what is this violence, this is majestic. But the hotel is clean, the mini bars in the hotel rooms do not work, it would be nice to leave water in the rooms in the hotel.

Quality of Hilton in Kahramanmaraş and presents a boutique hotel experience. I have stayed several times here. In the center of the city, therefore very close to the shops and delicious eating places.

The staff at the hotel are phenomenal. Check in was smooth and the reception accommodated all my requests with no hesitation. Selim even helped take all my bags up to my room and was wonderful. Breakfast was also good and the rooms were clean,modern and spacious. This hotel is also in the best location possible about 5 min walk from Marmaras castle.

My hotel stay at Hampton Inn was the best experience I ever had at a hotel. The operations manager Veysel, who is fluent in English, is the sweetest host you can imagine. He went out of his way to make every detail of my stay perfect. When I was sick he walked me to the hospital. For a 2 star hotel it is more than good, reasonable pricing per night. Good rooms, bed was comfortable, washrooms were clean but the air-conditioning was too much noisy. Breakfast was better than expected.

Number 10 is a 5 star venue. Very clean. I would definitely recommend, we stayed for 1 day. We will go again. The staff is very caring. Especially the lady at the reception and the lady who helped us get to the room. Thank you very much 👏

The restaurant has a very beautiful lake and mountain view. There are areas for walking around. If you have a car, you can go down to the lake shore and sit/walk there. The hotel is nice and clean, but the food is scarce and tasteless. Also, there is no pasta and fried food for children at dinner. There is no small children's aqua in the children's pool.
