Pier House Hotel

Pier House has been the perfect location for our 10 night stay. It’s directly above the town beach so no excuse for missing out on a sea swim every day but if the sea is not your thing the heated pool has the most amazing views. Our room was small but very comfortable and with an incredible balcony to enjoy watching the sunset from. The staff at Pier House are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble, shout out to Tolga for his professionalism on booking and whilst staying here and Haliloo for his warm welcome and excellent breakfast service. The breakfast is incredible and I defy you to eat everything they serve, it’s delicious but plentiful. We have come to Kalkan for 20 years staying in apartments & villas but Pier House has won us over to a hotel stay.

A perfect gem of a boutique hotel. We've just come back from 10 blissful days there. We thought we'd go to a beach club everyday, but ended up spending half our time at the hotel as it's so relaxing and although the pool area is small we had two private terraces and the main pool area was never crowded. This is a really well run small and very friendly hotel. Perfect for couples, friends or those with adult kids with them. (No kids under 18 allowed and steep steps make it not great for elderly). Breakfast over looking the harbour was delicious. So easy to wander out for supper each evening as the location couldn't be better - very central but still quiet. I wish I could go back straight away!

Tolga and his team run a beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of old town Kalkan - overlooking the harbour and very reasonably priced. Staff could not be more friendly and we can't recommend this more highly. Hope to be back next year. Thanks for a superb 10 days.

Just returned from an excellent week here. Fabulous location overlooking the town beach and just steps away from all the restaurants, shops and bars of the old town (so no need to climb the hills - unless you want to!) The staff are so helpful and friendly (especially Halil) and everything was made very easy. Lovely generous Turkish breakfast and inexpensive poolside bar service. Room was well designed - only one issue with the tv which was sorted very quickly. Room was kept spotlessly clean and aircon worked well - which was needed as it was very hot. We won't hesitate to recommend this lovely place (only 9 rooms) and will definitely return. We stayed by the pool most days but boats to the beach clubs ran regularly from the nearby harbour. We didn't have a bad meal - lots of choice - but our favourite was Korsan Meze.

Best place to stay in Kalkan. Wonderful, friendly staff. Delicious Turkish breakfast included. Great pool. Location is unbeatable.

Loved our stay at Pier House. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Staff are lovely and so helpful, especially Tolga. Great Turkish breakfast. So many lovely restaurants nearby too for dinner, all within easy walking distance.

Excellent location overlooking the beach/sea. Infinity pool was great. Breakfast very good. Staff are excellent, polite & friendly. New coffee bar this year which is a great addition.

Wonderful family welcome from the owners , immaculate apartment with all the attributes to stay comfortably for a couple of weeks in Kalkan. Very central perfect for all the Restraunt’s and shopping, no need to walk up the steep hill as it’s overlooking the harbour , yet peaceful at night . Can’t wait to book again!
