Where to stay with pets in Kalkan

- The staff are extremely hospitable and make you feel like you are at home - Breakfast was great and the food was fresh - The view in the morning at breakfast is incredible! - The swimming pool area was amazing! I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Kalkan

Didn't take a room here (although room prices seemed reasonable), but the restaurant has nice food for good prices, and the service was good. The staff know enough English to communicate.

Spent 4 nights at Soothe Kalkan. Can’t say enough about the service and helpful staff. From restaurant to historical site recommendations staff was awesome. Our room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the bay below

She was extremely helpful and always with a smile on her face. I also want to acknowledge Sobhi's exceptional service and for always going the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. The entire facility is superbly clean

only 200m away from the sea, really good view loved their cafe, bar, and restaurant. The pool was interesting considering it was filled with sea water, really bothered us because it stung our eyes and other stuff

Soothe Hotel is an exceptional hotel by every measure. The entire staff is welcoming, helpful, accommodating, friendly and attentive to every detail. I was especially impressed with Irem at the Front Reception

They really Couldn’t do enough for you to make you feel welcome and really looked after. Hasan the bar manager was really helpful with recommendations of what to do in the local area and where to eat

And his team of helpers at the bar and restaurant were an excellent asset to the hotel. Huge well done to them all! Hotel is a little dated in places but beautifully clean and looked after well

What a fabulous hotel and holiday. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Only niggle was the firm beds! Staff and service were friendly and excellent. Wifi fantastic, especially for working

Added bonus is no sun-bed wars each morning as there were plenty of beds to go around! However, What really made this hotel stand out for us was the staff at the hotel

We have stayed here before. It is a great hotel. The owners say that the breakfast is something that gives you strength for the day. I agree. It is great here. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are excellent.

I went there with my family and I felt like a family vibe in there! Zehra Hanım was very lovely chef and her recipes made from nothing but love. :) Sara Hanım was very sincere and we made very good connection with her

We absolutely loved our stay at True Blue. Everything was amazing, the staff is so friendly and the ambiance is very nice. The room was perfect, as well as the pool area

Kalkan is a petite, comfortable and slow-paced place. For this reason, I didn’t stay in Kaş in the end, but stayed in Kalkan for two more days. In terms of transportation, Kalkan is between Fethiye and Kaş

The hotel is located on a hillside. The service is great and the environment is nice, especially the breakfast, which has a wide variety, high quality, exquisite and elegant

The location was the best for Kalkan. It was near the marina and the center so that you could go to every other place in a maximum of 10 minutes. Everyone was so welcoming and sympathetic. We recommend this hotel!

The family friendly Pirat Hotel is perfectly located in central Kalkan, overlooking the unspoiled Kalkan harbour and within easy reach of all local shops and restaurants

Lovely location on the marina. The whole hotel was spotless and the staff friendly and polite. Open buffet breakfast and dinner plentiful and offered lots of choices.

With three swimming pools and ample space for larger parties (such as Weddings with over 120 guests) the Pirat quickly becomes a favorite venue - inspiring those who have stayed there to return as quickly as possible

Breakfast was a wide range of food, mostly Turkish traditional but also lots of fruit, pancakes etc. It was 10-15 minute walk into town, very easy. Friendly area, very touristy down at the harbour - masses of restaurants

Coffee and orange juice on tap so a great way to start each day. What makes this place is the staff. From the owner through to every member of staff is a constant desire to be helpful, engaging and friendly

The service was fantastic from the start; from the way we were greeted, the willingness to make dinner in the wood fired oven even though the kitchen had closed, and the kindness at breakfast

Reviews There is so much we could write about Elixir, all of it good! The hotel, in itself, is lovely. It’s about a half-mile with a little uphill (one of Kalkan’s many) from the Old Town

We loved the various turkish salads that were made fresh each day, there was always something different. And a treat to have freshly baked bread from the wood oven each morning too

It’s close enough for you to be near to everything, far enough away to be quiet. The design is great with a lot of outdoor space - it’s spacious, bright and really nicely equipped

Lunchtime food is good generally, although the pizzas aren't nearly as good as you can get in town from places that make them fresh, but there is a large selection that will cater for most tastes

First time here and I'm sure I'll be back. You can have rooms or, as we have, a small apartment, and ours overlooks the sea

The pool is the best around, and the bar area great, especially the staff, who are very friendly and look after you well

The room may be a little tired, nothing that would put me off, but it's a good size and very clean

Get a taxi back, which at the moment is only £2 and we'll worth the price considering the steep walk upwards you'd otherwise have to do

- the receptionist was very helpful, especially when needing to get a taxi

I really liked my room in the same building where the hotel reception is located. Mahmut Yanat working at the reception is a really long-winded man

The property is also absolutely beautiful - between the saltwater pools and the sea, I never wanted to be on land! I hope we'll be able to return and stay again soon

Really perfect location, two streets away from the main area so it's only a 100m walk to the action and it's perfectly quiet. It's on a hill, so views are great. Staff are so friendly and helpful

Location is perfect, few meters away from the centre. it is a little hard to climb back to the hotel but not too bad also, most of the places have this problem in Kalkan

Initially I wanted to book in Kas and accidentally booked here (in Kalkan) and was so so glad I did, because the town is gorgeous and I had the most wonderful time! So much to see and do but also peaceful enough to just chill! Cannot recommend highly enough!

It couldn’t be worse and they don’t offer any other type of coffee, even though we were ready to pay extra! We had to go out every morning to drink a good coffee in a coffee shop nearby. The rest is fine in the hotel

We enjoyed our time in this hotel. As being new, condition of the room and bathroom were well enough. Only problem here is the coffee in the morning

The location is an easy walking distance from the heart of Kalkan and also close to a very nice beach club. Definitely one of the best hotels we've every stayed in and would recommend to everyone visiting Kalkan!

The service, led by manager Ahmet, is also fabulously attentive and friendly — and the alluring one-bedroom villas in the resort’s beautifully landscaped gardens, each with private pool and mezzanine sea-view bedroom looked like the perfect couple’s getaway should we sneak away next time without our teenagers

Beach is in easy walking distance and (in end of may) no problem for free space. Sea is very clean but non swimmers might have problems because its deep. All in all i can recommend and would consider coming back!

The property is beautiful and the staff is very professional and helpful. The view from the duplex villa was picturesque. The whole indoor and outdoor ambience was great. It’s a perfect getaway from the city

Wow!! What a lovely place with fantastic views of the sea. Brilliant service from Ahmet, Javad and Javid. Food was also plentiful and tasty. Look forward to returning again in the near future.

I stayed here with my wife for one night. The room was clean but a little bit small. It's not problem for short time traveling. Breakfast was so delicious and all of them were organic foods

I feel so lucky to come accross this hotel while researching hotels in Kalkan, First of all I remember booking the wrong dates and calling the hotel telling them about it, the advised me to communicate with the booking website and try yo change, if I couldn't I can come at the time of my vacation and they would help us even if the reservation dates are wrong

We chose Enda hotel for our 10 night stay in Kalkan. It's conveniently located for the centre of town but just slightly outside so it's much quieter

There are no cars no motorcycles and the place is just what you need as an escape from crazy Istanbul. I wish I could stay here more. The owners are an amzing family apparently so it is a well maintained family business

Our room was superb, spacius and clean, it had an AC and a tv but no fridge, only rooms with sea view have fridges. It is so calm and relaxing the first day we slept from 7 p. m till the next day in the morning

This means you're not in all the hustle and bustle so get a great night's sleep. The pool is great, the breakfast amazing, the bed fabulous and the owners are fantastic hosts

Secondly, we arrived to an amazing clean hotel with a pool and view of the sea. It is hight a bit so we kinda had to take some stairs before reaching the hotel

I would also say that you get your nails done in the reception area, there is no dedicated space for manicure and pedicure which is a little weird as people are constantly coming in and out and you feel a little uncomfortable

Have been wanting to eat at Oasis and finally did last night. Honestly in the 12 years I’ve been coming to Kalkan this was the best meal, service and view I’ve had. If you’re thinking about it… Do it

We were recommended to go to the hotel for an evening meal. We were not disappointed that we did. It was one of the best we have ever had. A lovely view and very nice staff who looked after us

Just to be clear we are not staying they but they take bookings from non guests and a min of 24 hrs notice should get you a great table

The breakfast costs 25TL and the terrace is very nice! The room is clean and cutt, there is hot water and the wifi worked well. It is also located in a nice area of Kas !

The host was very kind, comfortable and beautiful, well equipped rooms, wonderful view of the sea and Kalkan port from our balcony, couple of minutes from all restaurants and the beach. Great for short and long stays

We couldn't find anywhere to stay after a 22km day of hiking the Likya Yolu! We booked last minute through airbnb and the owner answered in less than 2 min

We stayed there for a week with friends. Natalia and Mehmet are wonderful and so hospitable hosts. The villa itself is brand new with excellent facilities and bright rooms, lots of space to chill around

Location is quite far from the city center so you must get a cab or travel with your own car to go to public beach / city center. Breakfast was nice however breakfast time was too late for us, starting around 8:30am

The pool is a plus, and the owner is also a very kind person: he found a way to help me with a flat tyre, calling the renting company and finding a place that fixed it

We got a 75m2 room and the view is amazing. People working are very friendly and it is like you are part of the family. Street is cousy and there are markets and restaurants in front of the hotel

It's magnificent even though it's winter. I want to see it in the summer too. The rooms are clean and the staff is attentive.

Great staff, great service, good pool and easy walk to the center of Kalkan. Try and book one of the two rooms on the top floor as they benefit from a good view

I didn't stay, I just used the beach. The sea is wonderfully clear and clean, stony but deepens quickly. Since it was the end of the season, the sunbed fee was not charged, but normally 100 TL.

We call it the water slide beach or turtle beach. The sea and the facility is perfect, but the food and drink service might be a bit slow when it's crowded.
