Good beds, spacious rooms, an excellent shower and a tasty Turkish breakfast buffet. Conveniently located on the Karaman-Konya motor way at the entrance of the city.
Amazing staff that makes you feel right at home. Over my long stay I had no issues always treated with up most respect. Their service and care for their guests is the best I have experienced. The lovely staff makes you feel better at a place like Karaman. Do recommend 5 stars.
Relax Hotel rooms. Nice staff. Delicious Food. So will not own the hotel, enjoy what they service to you. A well organised hotel, in a small and lovely provience.
We travelled from london to karaman and it was a very long jorney. Upon entering the grounds of the hotel, it is very grande with the lobby filled with beautiful furniture. The gardens that surround this hotel are absolutely stunning. We had a small issue that Burak was so amazing in resolving. We tried to speak with other staff and there was communication issues that Burak instantly resolved. He speaks...
Impeccable service, and all the staff extremely friendly. The rooms are everything you could hope for and more. And everything I ate was very fresh and delicious. Definitely recommended if you have to come to Karaman.

Very nice hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff and manager of the Demosan Hotel are very good. They took good care of us during our Erasmus+ Youth Exchange event.
For the price you pay it's good. I was here in the dead of the Winter, so maybe the experience is different in the summertime. But when I was there it was like a big ghost hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The best about my stay here was the breakfast buffet. I also tried to go for the spa department, but I couldn't even find it and I even asked for directions. Quiet and beautiful hotel, but unfortunately we did not enjoy all activities such as swimming pool, massage and sauna due to the presence of urban measures due to Corona
It was a very nice stay ! Perfect rooms, The service and the people were extraordinary nice and the spa was very relaxing !! Also the Price was very Fine ! We would love to come back there

I stayed in this hotel because of my job, there are usually construction workers and personnel in the hotel, so it is not suitable for family (I say that as a builder myself). The breakfast is buffet and it's ok. 3 stars are suitable for both its category and price performance category. The owner is also a builder and a very humble person. I appreciate him, he can help you with anything.

Since it is located in the city center, it is on a narrow street. Its parking garage is across a street. If you are not lucky, you cannot park in front of the hotel, it is usually full. The staff was friendly and engaging We stayed with my two adults and my three-year-old daughter. There was no separate bed for the child. Price is ok in terms of performance
Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Centrally located. Good heating system. I paid 90 TL for a single.
