The team was very kind to us.
We could store our bicycle inside.

Best hotel you can stay in Kars. It's a cute and cozy boutique hotel in downtown kars, near to markets, shops and cafes. The staffs are friendly and helpful.. the owner, Huccet is a friendly guy who gave me and my family a free upgrade. We booked 3 normal double rooms, but was upgraded to a family room that have a king bed and single bed.

The toilet is clean and nice, however just a little small. Bed is comfortable too and the heater works just fine.

The breakfast is sufficient, not much choices but they're delicious and fresh.

Location is near to Kars castle, and just an 8-10mins walk away.

Only problem is the parking if you're driving your own car as there is only street parking lots available.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night. The hotel room was super clean and quite large. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a great location in the center. Great Cag Kebab restaurant nearby and Migros market. I didn't enjoy the breakfast, lots of choices, but not tasty. I would recommend this hotel because the price was great.

Lovely clean hotel. Staff are helpful but don't have much English, but will go out of their way to assist. Loved my stay here.

My mother and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights.
It was an amazing experience. We enjoyed the room very much. It was very clean, specious and cozy. We could stay another night just to enjoy the room.
In addition the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nese ⭐️at the reception, organised our trips to Ani and the lake. We really enjoyed! She also helped us with our shopping and we found this amazing shop to buy tasteful cheese and many other items. Which is even better is that they posted all our shopping so no limit on shopping 😊@zekibeysut.
I can’t miss to mention lovely staff member, Hazal ⭐️. She had endless patience with our endless requests. Overall we were treated like we were guests at their own home. Thank you to all of them. Looking forward to visiting this place again.

Clean rooms and very good location to explore the town. They put us in contact with a friendly local driver for a trip to Ani and Lake Cildir. Recommendable.
