Beautifully restored old building, oozes charm and character. The staff were very friendly and attentive during our stay and we extended our stay from one night to two. The rooms are well furnished and spacious. Breakfast was delicious, assorted cheeses, jams and honey with freshly cooked bread. Highly recommended!

This is a superb hotel for the price: clean, everything in good working order, comfortable. You would spend triple the price to get as nice a room in many other countries, including the United States. Good breakfast, friendly staff, an absolute bargain.

Hot water runs out quickly so you are likely to get a cold shower. WiFi doesn't work in the room. You can get WiFi connection in the lobby but it's very slow. Besides that, the service is good and the manager very friendly. Good breakfast and not too expensive price for a room.

This is a hotel that has started since 1973. Now is run by the third generation. As it is a family business, work is done seriously and properly. Room may be simple but clean. Breakfast maybe simple but yummy and filling. Lift is small. You would need to use translator to communicate with them. It is centralized and thus easy to go to famous eatery and Bogatepe shop to buy 100% organic honey comb.

Best hotel you can stay in Kars. It's a cute and cozy boutique hotel in downtown kars, near to markets, shops and cafes. The staffs are friendly and helpful.. the owner, Huccet is a friendly guy who gave me and my family a free upgrade. We booked 3 normal double rooms, but was upgraded to a family room that have a king bed and single bed. The toilet is clean and nice, however just a little small....

The room was really big for a big group and is has a really big Bathroom two separately. It was better than I expected. Would recommend it for everyone especially for a big group. The customer service is really good you can ask for anything anytime. 10/10 for The breakfast was nice too.

Very good position, along the river, close to Kars kastle. The hotel is in a very beautiful building on the river, with a great garden. A special mention to the service: in particular Ahmet as helped us a lot with reservation, restaurant, and so on. He always smiles and is more than gentle. it is really a pleasure to have him at the reception.

It is a beautiful hotel. I loved my room, clean and spacious. Stuff is very nice and professional. It is located near Kars castle, cafe, shops and restaurants.

One of the best places to stay in Kars in terms of quality and history. Well stuff service and delicious breakfast is above my expectations but need to improve cleaning. One big missing object is hairdryer in rooms.

All staff and managers were extremely helpful and courteous in this hotel, where we stayed during a project we carried out in the vicinity of Kars, due to its central location, cleanliness, affordable and quiet location, easily accessible to Kars city center and major transportation routes. A historic building that has been turned into a very cute hotel. The rooms are spacious and the Turkish bath concept in the bathroom makes a difference. There are bookshelves in the rooms. Each room is named after the woman he loved, for whom a poet wrote a poem. Owner İsmail Bey is helpful and competent in every way. Breakfast is a delicious spread.
