This is newly built hotel and everything is fresh, even the hotel scent is great. Staff are friendly but in my case it took us 3 calls and 30 minutes of wait to get an iron and finally the didnt bring it. However, in general the hotel was beautiful and clean. I don't know why they have alcohol-free policy. I just wanted to have a beer while watching football in lounge area although there was no one there!

I’ve been visiting this location multiple times a year since it opened. The rooms were great but service is lackluster.
I come to the spa multiple times every summer and the quality has gone down significantly there as well. The prices have quite literally doubled repeatedly. The price increases outweigh the rate of inflation. A Swedish massage used to be $28 now it is $50.
The masseuse has also changed and unfortunately no one is as good as the original masseuse they had.
Very unfortunate but I don’t think I will be returning except for extreme cases.

My first impression was during the check in and it was excellent. Mr.adem and Ms. Mine were very kind and professional and the check in was smooth and fast. They gave me a good room and told me to call anytime if I need any help and I felt very welcome in the hotel. The room was clean and it smelled good even though it was a smoking room. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean . Only the pillow need to be improved (feather pillows would be nice) ..the housekeeping lady was kind and very helpful to us and she is really doing a good job.
I would like to thank Mr.Adem and Ms. MINE for their kind hospitality and for making us feel comfortable during our stay and I wish them the best.

The hotel is new and excellent, breakfast very good, but their were few things wasn't good, the AC was not working in most rooms, the fridge was off, and one room was dirty, we told Busra from reception but nothing has been fixed, we discovered later the fridge cable not connected, our rooms 1902, 2009, 808, 807, 806 for two nights.

I hope this standers continue in the future, I appreciate Mr. HAKAN the main restaurant head waiter at the hotel he’s very professional and very generous with perfect service with great food, the reception are perfect in welcoming us, I booked 5 rooms perfect stay and the whole family were very happy they even asked to extend our stay. Thanks Dedeman hotel crew please keep going.

The hotel is great!
Everything is as expected!
However, they do not have single room air-conditioners.
Our room was 28 degrees and they moved us to a cooler.
We were told the aircon doesn't work because it was raining outside.
We slept with the window open, as the room was hot and stuffy

The rooms are very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good, the friends who help are very interested and friendly. The only problem is that we waited a long time at the reception in the evening. Also, they told us to sit down and don't get tired, and when we said they took someone else, they said we can't follow. Also, taking payment at the entrance brought to mind the 3rd class hotels, a somewhat strange practice. It didn't suit my grandfather. However, you should definitely stay here in Kastamonu.

Everything in the hotel is new and convenient. The staff is extremely caring and ready to help in any way. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of the historical and touristic places of Kastamonu. The breakfast is amazing, kenan bey responds to all your requests with a smile. The prices of the hotel are also very affordable according to the quality of the service provided and the comfort of the rooms. I advise

The hotel that left us out even though we had a reservation in the flood disaster😓Unfortunately, they do not reflect the face of unsympathetic and real Dedeman.
