I’ve been visiting this location multiple times a year since it opened. The rooms were great but service is lackluster. I come to the spa multiple times every summer and the quality has gone down significantly there as well. The prices have quite literally doubled repeatedly. The hotel is new and excellent, breakfast very good, but their were few things wasn't good, the AC was not working in most rooms, the fridge was off, and one room was dirty, we told Busra from reception but nothing has been fixed, we discovered later the fridge cable not connected, our rooms 1902, 2009, 808, 807, 806 for two nights. My first impression was during the check in and it was excellent. Mr.adem and Ms. Mine were very kind and professional and the check in was smooth and fast. The hotel is great! Everything is as expected! However, they do not have single room air-conditioners. Our room was 28 degrees and they moved us to a cooler. We were told the aircon doesn't work because it was raining outside. We slept with the window open, as the room was hot and stuffy

A new hotel with clean and well decorated rooms. App.2 km away the city center but this is a better location if you take the razzle-dazzle of the center where all principle hotels are located. We had some issues with the TV but solved quickly. A rich breakfast buffet.

Although we went in May, the rooms seem to be cold, hygienically clean. It's very cold in the room, because no sun in the room. In the room is more colder than in the street. Staff doesn't know English.

A very old hotel with a unique architecture. They have very big rooms available and when you spend on nights there you feel like you traveled through time and that you are in the couple of centuries ago. The service is very good and the food also. It is in downtown Kastamonu Turkey and is very ear silky accessible with cars or walking. The are is very old and Nd very calm.

Amazing atmosphere, in the middle of city center, very clean rooms, good breakfast. Only but an important issue was the music and restaurant cleaning till late night in the courtyard where all rooms are facing.

The hotel is nice and cozy with a beautiful garden. Rooms have historical architecture whit a tiny window. Beds are nice and big. But there's not natural lights in rooms although lightning are better than most hotels in Istanbul.the price is fair.

Very nice and cozy place. Great people. However, the walls are quite thin. You can hear what people talk in other rooms or be shaken due to phone vibration in the next door. For me, it was okay but if you are not a deep sleeper, this can be a problem.

Comfortable hotel just a stones throw away from Kastamonu castle. The owner and her crew are exceptionally kind. A good breakfast is included in the very reasonable price per night. I spent a few nights here on my tour of Turkey. You will love it as well.

Exquisitely authentic and well-preserved traditional mansion. Very very bad internet connection and lack of electrical (only one) outlets in the room on the second floor. Music and loud speaking until past 00:30 a.m. in the garden. Breakfast was okay. Will not be my choice for a second stay.

Absolutely beautiful old-style hotel. Gorgeous wooden floors, ceilings, doors, staircases. Very very clean room and common areas! Lovely staff and owners who are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Neighborhood is lovely and within walking distance to Kastamonu Castle. We really don't want to leave but we hope to come back someday!!!

Kadioglu Konak was beautiful, the room size where we stayed was quite big enough for two person, there were one big and one small bed which were comfortable. The room was clean. The heating was very good too. However, the bathroom was very small and needed to be renovated. On the other hamd, all personels are very friendly and helpfull During mu journey, I felt very comfortable.

I've been in here 4 breakfast and everything was perfect. It was so delicious. The place is very clean and the staff is children friendly and very kind. I definitely suggest.

It is a place in the middle of the city, close to places to visit, thanks to its friendly staff, the room's bathroom sheets were clean, but there was a smell of cigarettes in the room, I had to pack our bed clothes separately, if they could solve it, it would be a nice hotel :)

The hotel is in the heart of the city, the rooms and the team are very nice. There is a parking lot problem and they solve it for free with a parking lot at the back. We are satisfied. Stayable rooms and overall a clean hotel. Breakfast quality was poor. A better breakfast could be provided. There could have been better products for children.

It's an awesome place. Great old house, great views from (common) balconies, friendly stuff. Only thing the bathroom was quite small and awkward. However water was hot.

Great place to stay in Kastamonu. The otel is very old and good kept. The staffs are helpful and smily. The garden has good decoration. Each floor has special hall for spending time. The otel is in the middle point of city. You can park your car and start to walk for discover city. I love it.

If we don’t count the voice was passing through the walls because of the wooden material which is normal as an 150 years building, I can say our stay was amazing! We had the opportunity to stay in Kastamonu for 1 day. As soon as we entered the room, there was a smell of cigarettes in the room. The beds and sheets were clean. In general, the rooms just need maintenance. The breakfast is good, ready on the plate, eggs, french fries, cake jam butter, unlimited tea. a decent hotel.

It looks like we're somewhat satisfied. Since the door locks and doors are old, there may be problems in the future, it would be very good if they change it. There is no dinner, there is only breakfast in the morning, but it is not an open buffet, you eat the ready plate that comes in front of you.

We spent there our most beautiful vacation days this year. Big thanks to whole personel and specially to Mr. Adem who organized everything! It is a good place to go, especially with a family. It may be difficult to find it because the signs aren't easy to see and Google Maps can take you to the wrong place. Asking the locals for directions is a good idea.

Great nature, staff & food! You and/or your kids can ride horses. It was surprising to learn that this place was funded by government of Turkey and the EU.
