The location of the hotel is great. One hour distance to Istanbul mountain climbing distance is around 4 to 5 km easy to reach.
The hotel is usually very crowded at weekends so I would advise you to book at working days
Price is including room, breakfast and dinner. The restaurant is clean and has a lot of options. You will probably like the food.
The rooms are quite old furnished, but clean if you travel with your family and you are more than three persons, you will have an option at apart rooms, but this rooms are definitely very old and in that condition also, they are located out of the main building and you have to walk to the hotel to reach the restaurant so it will be a better option to book 2 rooms with almost the same price

Rooms are old, service is terrible, and location is not the best place for skiing/snowboarding. They want to suck your blood at every opportunity. It can be a zoo or a circus, but absolutely not a 4-star hotel

You have to pay for everything ( its not kind of the resort with everything inclusive )
150 TL for parking !!
300 for one kid in kids area for half an hour only !!
500 for hotel telefrik !! they don’t even offer one ride free to reach the hotel after you slide down the hill
500 if request omelette in breakfast instead of boiled eggs
The bathrooms is not clean
The pillow is uncomfortable can give you muscle pain immediately
breakfast and dinner is disappointed

Overall a good place to stay 1 or 2 days max , Murat is the best employee in the hotel very respectful and so helpful he really made my stay fantastic

Escaped from the heat near the beach . Touched the clouds all around the place . Best of the best place ever and never. If you look for 17C in August , this is the place for sure .

I will never think about going or booking in this hotel. They are not customers friendly at all.

I like this place. It's cozy and convenient for skiing. Ski in and out from the hotel with a fully equipped ski rental shop onsite..there is a ski gear store if you forgot something you need for the slopes.
Also a small convenient store and a lounge Cafe which makes great coffee and "Sahlab". The hotel is half-board and offers a buffet breakfast and dinner. Also they offer hot soup and a nice selection of breads after dinner from 9pm till midnight for those who feel hungry late at night. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

I am not sure about the rooms coz we had visited the place to check the snow, however we had set in lobby we didn't see any one from the hotel employees maybe coz the sessions still not started 😉

Although it was open back in 2004, the hotel needs a serious renovation… We were there at the end of June 2022 for a football training camp, the food was worse than ever I tasted in a hotel..
The staff was not helpful and they were very rude..
The same kind of food for lunch and dinner that the restaurant was not clean at all!
Besides all the issues, they were having some construction work just outside of our rooms wall that there was a disturbing drill noise coming in every 5 minutes, which was exactly like a torture..
I have spent that much time to write down this review just to inform you : Do not waste your money to come and stay there at all!
The staff was not helpful and they were very rude..
